Modern, stylish apartment for your vacation in the center of Seville. Two bedroom loft, sleeps up to 6 in a smoke-free environment. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay in the central neighborhood of the Alameda de Hercules.

The recently built 2 Br Apartment has a living room with sofa-bed, flat screen tv, FREE WIFI, dining room and kitchen facilities.
There is a loft space with a bedroom with two twin beds and a separate bedroom with two more single beds.

Area Information

The convenient location is right in the heart of Sevilla, in the recently refurbished Alameda neighborhood. Within walking distance from monuments such as the Cathedral, the Fine Arts museum, and the famous Macarena church as well as the shopping streets of Calle Sierpes and Tetuan, the area is full of chic tapas bars, cafeterias and restaurants to enjoy Andalucian cuisine.

The Real esence of Andalucía is placed in every corner or this city, full of arquitecture and refreshed by the beautiful Guadalquivir River, with wonderful terraces surrounding it where we can have an appetizer.

You can visit almost every part of the centre walking, is the best way for not loosing any interesting spot. No car needed.
