Beach access is right in front of the house and only steps away from beach (about 150ft), between Waimea Bay and Bonzai Pipeline.
This neighborhood is quiet, very little traffics, walking distance to Foodland and Sharks Cove, suitable for a couple or a small family. Sleeps 2-4 comfortably but can sleep up to 6. It has a small lanai (patio).

The good: across the (major road)street from the beach, great surfing, great swimming. Very nice and helpful owner, who knows and loves the area. Very clean and well run. May be selling soon. The bad: The next door neighbor raises roosters,a real nuisance,earplugs help. Has a main house and cabins, which seemed packed with people, little privacy, all in all pretty noisy, but you meet nice people.
