Description of the Sharm El Sheikh vacation apartment rental

S1 EGYPTIAN EXPERIENCE RESORT, NABQ BAY

S1 is a newly completed ground floor, end apartment and is finished and furnished to a very high standard and immaculately kept. It is situated on a small award winning development in the up and coming area of Nabq. Set in attractive landscaped gardens just a few yards from the largest of 5 pools (1 heated) with loungers, parasols and plenty of seating to all three. Hotspotz' pool bar serving snacks and soft drinks is adjacent to the largest.

The apartment is kept cool by three powerful SILENT air conditioning units

Access to a furnished roof terrace with views of the sea and Tiran Island with the Sinai mountains as a backdrop. An ideal place to sit and watch the spectacular sunsets.

The apartment consits of:-

Bedroom 1 with king size bed, sliding doors leading on to the terrace, a/c unit, plenty of wardrobe space, mirror unit, hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, a/c unit, ample storage and wardrobe space, mirror unit

Lounge. The well furnished lounge has a sofa bed and 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table, satelite TV, DVD player, CD, lamps wall lights, cushiuons, a/c unit,a very relaxed and comfortable feel.

Open plan kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar, fridge freezer, microwave, full cooker and 4 ring hob. Plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots & pans, everything you could require for a self catering holiday.

Bathroom. Granite topped vanity unit, bath with overbath shower. w.c/bidet.

The full length gated terrace is furnished with sofa, chairs and table, making an ideal extra living space.

Sliding fly screens are fitted to all windows and doors

This is my home whenever I am in Egypt so I have furnished it with that in mind with all the equipment you could possibly require.

Small supermarket is on site for those last minute items if you do no want to go to the large 24/7 in Nabq. This also houses internet facilities.

Laundry room where you may do your own or have the staff do it for a small charge.

Friendly, English speaking staff on hand at all times.

There are many beautiful beaches in the area. The 5* Sea Club hotel is just 750m away and here for a small charge all the facilities of the hotel and its private beach are available. This is an ideal snorkelling area. Sharks Bay and Regency hotel are just a few minutes ride away and the same facilities are available here, transport to the beach is included in the charge.

The complex is just a five minute bus or taxi ride from the ever developing area of Nabq. Here you will find the largest 24/7 supermarket in the area who will deliver to your apartment if required, many restaurants, bars and designer shops, childrens' play area and water park.

Naama bay is just a 15 minutes ride away with all the night life, restaurants, bars and shopping you could wish for.
Old Sharm still retains the real Egyptian feel and this is where the local people do their shopping. This area is great for eating out, try a typical Egyptian restaurant or the many fish restaurants where prices are very reasonable. Try haggling for your souvenirs, a great way to make new friends and have a new experience, relax, have a cup of tea and enjoy yourself. Remember, the price they ask is never the price you will pay.

Taxis are widely available to get you around but do agree a price before getting in. Alternatively, try the local blue and white bus service. There are no bus stops,just put your hand out to stop one. They are really cheap and it should not cost you any more that 2LE(20p)to Nabq and 5LE(50P)to Naama Bay.

This area is one of the best in the world for scuba divers, it is renowned for its beautiful coral and marine life and if diving is for you then there are plenty of diving schools to cater for the experienced and beginner alike. Not quite your cup of tea? then a mask and snorkel will serve the same purpose.


Many other activities are available locally including, kite surfing school which is just 5 minutes away, camel trekking, horse riding, quad bikes, banana boat rides, ice skating, bowling, water parks. A PGA international golf course if just 15 minutes ride away golf with facilities for the beginner and experienced alike ... you will never be bored in Sharm.

Further afield are excursions to Cairo, Luxor, Ras Mohamed national park for the fantasic coral and marine life and a trek to the summit of Mount Sinai to arrive there in time to see the spectacular sunrise. A never to be forgotton experience. Maybe a visit to a Bedoin camp to experience their way of life.

More than 4 please add £30 per person per week to maximum capacity of 6 Our rates include full use of air conditioning, electic and water, laundering of bed linen and towels at the end of your stay. No other housekeeping is included but exta cleaning can be arranged, payable to admin. Airport collection can be arranged if required.
   
• Other Fees: We do not ask for a breakage deposit, we leave it to our guests honesty to report any breakages or damage to admin in which case a charge would be levied. Check in/out times are flexible according to flight times and if the apartment is to be occupied the same day.
