Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful lodge is located in Shaver Lake just on the out skirts of town. Perfect for that family that just wants to relax and enjoy the mountains with out the hassles of camping.
The updated kitchen has stainless steel sinks and beautiful Granite counter tops. The custom cabinets are beautiful. The kitchen also offers a gas stove with a double Dutch oven and broiler for the cook in the family. Little amenities such as microwave, coffee maker, deep fryer, crock pot, espresso maker, and dish washer are all available. The dinning table will seat 6.
The Living room is completely open to the kitchen, dinning area. The Living room offers a fireplace with a wood insert with wood provided, Lg T.V., DVD, VCR, a stereo system with built in surround sound. Plenty of board games for entertainment.
The back patio offers charcoal grill/ propane grill and a fire pit. Sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, or roast marshmallows and tell ghost stories. Brand new spa has just been added to the back for more entertainment.
Bedroom #1 is located down stairs and offers 2 sets of bunk beds, bunk 1: is a 2 Twin combo and bunk 2: is a Twin and Full combo. This room also offers a T.V. with 2 Nintendo systems and all the games you could want. Perfect for the little kids….or Big Kids. The down stairs Bathroom is located just down the hall and is a full bath.
The Laundry room is just past the Bathroom down the hall and offers a stackable washer and dryer, just in case you get a little wet at Shaver Lake.
Bedroom #2 is located up stairs and is a Master room. This room offers a King Size bed, T.V., remote ceiling fan, and plenty of room to unload your stuff.
Bedroom #3 is located up stairs just down the hall and offers a Full Size bed with T.V., VCR, and movies to watch. This room also offers a remote ceiling fan.
This home is called a Lodge because you feel like you’re at a Lodge with all décor and outdoor setting. Feel free to have you morning coffee on the front deck and enjoy the mountain fresh smells and cooler climate. This Lodge is just 5 min. away from the beautiful Shaver Lake, and just 3 min. from the quaint little Town of Shaver Lake. Come and stay!!!
