AVAILABLE JUNE 1, 2007...Pride of ownership says it all! This beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath 2560 square foot home is located in the peacefully wooded subdivision of Sierra Cedars. The stone work on the outside of the cabin only wets your appetite for what the inside has to offer! As you enter you are greeted with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan. The spacious livingroom is adorned with two couches, Color Cable TV, DVD Player, VCR, and Stereo System. Large windows brighten this room to perfection. Open to the living room is a fully stocked, nice sized kitchen, equipped with two ovens, one a convection and the other is a range oven combination, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. A cozy woodstove is nestled in between the dining room, kitchen and living room for all to enjoy. The large dining room table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats an additional 3. The dining room also has lots of windows for you to enjoy your view. A sliding glass door leads you out to a nice sized deck equipped with a Weber BBQ. A wetbar is also present for your enjoyment complete with additional refrigerator. The master bedroom is located on the first floor of this wonderful home. A King size bed awaits you with a gas stove to warm you while you sleep. The master bathroom has a large tub, and double sinks. A sliding glass door leads you from your master bedroom to a very peaceful back deck. The washer and dryer is also located on the first floor. The second floor of this stunning home has the additional two bedroom and a bath. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a Queen sized bed, and Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds, and a trundle day bed. Allowing 4 to sleep in bedroom 3. Now....what better to entertain the kids as well as kids at heart is a large gameroom above the garage.
