This BRAND NEW town house is beautifully decorated for a mountain getaway; Located in Silvertip Village, just 5 minutes away from the town of Shaver Lake close to all the shops, stores and restaurants.
3 bedrooms/ 2 baths will sleep up to 10 people.
Kitchen has all the amenities: dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator w/ ice maker.
Living Room has a lovely gas fireplace w/ remote, beautiful pine walls, cable T.V., VCR/DVD, stereo, Queen Size sofa sleeper and plenty of room to relax.
Just off the Living Room there is a Laundry room supplied with a washer and dryer.
Bedroom #1 down stairs has a Queen Size bed.
Bedroom #2 upstairs has 2 sets of bunk beds w/ 4 twins.
Bedroom #3 upstairs has a Queen Size bed.
