Description of the Shawano Lake vacation home rental

Newly remodeled with all wood laminate floors and many more upgrades. We pride ourselves on having immaculate cottages. Our resort consists of a four bedroom house which sleeps eight, a three bedroom cottage that sleeps 7, two, two bedrooms cottages that each sleep six and a one bedroom cottage that sleeps two. Each cottage has its own grill and picnic table. There's a beautiful beach area with a fire pit. We have a large dock to fish from or to dock your boat. You may use one of our aluminum boats or paddle boat for free. We also have pontoon boats to rent. Located on Wisconsin's 5th largest Catch bass,northern, perch, crappie, bluegill, or just lay on the beach.

Area Information

Shawano Lake is located 35 miles northwest of Green Bay and Lambeau Field. Shawano is the gateway to Wisconsin's northwoods. Unlimited outdoor opportunities year-round. There are two golf courses, one being almost across the road. The Mountain Bay Bike Trail is nearby. Beautiful county park within walking distance. River rafting and horseback riding close by. Many local supperclubs and bars. Two area casinos, stock car races every Saturday night, and USA International Raceway 3 miles away.

Beautiful county park nearby. Two golf courses, supperclubs and taverns serving great food. Only a few miles from Shawano. Beautiful sandy beach and large dock for your boat. Also a fish cleaning house for the fishermen!

Exceptionally clean lake cottage. The week we stayed was extremely HOT so the central air was wonderful. Washer and dryer a plus. Beach area could have been a little cleaner and had more clean sand for the grandkids. Rented the pontoon boat from the owner for the week and used it every day. Well worth the money. Got in early and didn't have to worry about cleaning up as they had a crew come in when you left. Three houses away from a wonderful county park. Close enough to use but far enough way to not be a nuisance. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had an awesome time with family at these cottages - everything was great - but next time I need to get in writing - check out time - was quoted one time over the phone when I made the reservations but Mike changed them - to a not so good time - when we got there - everything else about the place was fantastic - fun - awesome - wonderful - will be a birthday trip I will never forget ---- would recommend in a heart beat --- THANKS MIKE ---

Nice Place

This place took us far too long to find and we were all getting very frustrated. After leaving a message with the owner (to no avail) and stopping in at 5 different locations on the lake, we finally found it. However, once we were there, we were very happy. It is a very nice cottage with lots of room and a beautiful view.

The owner Mike is very nice. The cabin we had basically with everything we need. Great view at night and also in the sunshine morning. Great great experience ever that I can't feel in the city. I will definitely go back during the summer if got chance.

The 5 cottages are fairly close to each other. "Neighbors" were fine. If a person wants to spend the majority of their vacation time on a beautiful lake connected to a very nice river, this is a good place to stay.
