Upstairs one extremely large master suite with travartine tiled master bathroom. Beautiful shower and stand alone tub. This bedroom has a balcony with views of the garden and creek. Multi zoned air conditioning.

Wrap around porch overlooking front garden. Relax on enormous deck area with 18x30 pool. Pool overlooks tranquil back garden which runs down to the creek with direct water access. The house is located near a town boat launch, is a short walk to Shell Beach and many private beaches for the Silver Beach community. A bicycle ride to Crescent and Sunset Beach. There are 4 bicycles and 3 kayaks provided.

Area Description

Shelter Island is situated between the North and South Fork accessed by a short ferry ride from Sag Harbour [5 mins] or Greenport [10 mins]. It is an unspoilt tranquil oasis. It is an 8,000 acre paradise with many small beaches, fresh water pond, hiking, walking and the attraction of the Mashomack Nature Reserve. Evening concerts at the renowned Perlman music school finish off an idyllic day. Many small restaurants with wonderful food. Sailing school, kayak rentals etc

Nearby Greenport provides small town athmosphere with restaurants and cinema as does the old whaling village of Sag Harbour.

Easily accessible by bus or train from Manhattan.
