Located just 3 blocks from infamous Sunset Beach, the house sleeps 6, with 3 roomy, light filled bedrooms, 2 fully renovated tile/marble baths, newly remodeled eat in kitchen (w/new appliances), separate dining room, and a wood burning fireplace.

Heated gunite pool. Private, and beautifully landscaped two level 20x30 ft mahogany deck gets all day sun and is great for dinner parties or watching the kids play in the back yard while you're sipping a cocktail. House comes with AC, fully outfitted kitchen, Weber charcoal BBQ, all linens, broadband wireless internet, cable/DVD/CD player and iPod docking station, as well as a 40" HD flat screen TV. The Great Escape!

My husband and I rented this house for a week with another couple and had the most relaxing time. We both brought our babies and dogs along and found the property perfect for both. (Of course you have to be mindful of the pool and stairs etc.) The back yard is quite big and the pool is perfect for those hot summer days. Very quiet! And even on the hottest days it seemed cool. Plenty of shade. A few nice restaurants in the town and of course a short ferry ride from Sag Harbour. We will definitely be returning next summer!

When you stay here, you feel like you are staying at the home of a really good friend who knows your likes and dislikes. Susan is a wonderful owner and knows just how to treat her guests. She has a lovely house and keeps everything sparkling clean and new. Her kitchen is well stocked and equipped to handle any summer meal you dream up. The backyard is magnificent. Granted we live in NYC, so we don't see grass much, but nevertheless, the yard's amazing. And the pool is as refreshing as it looks in the pictures. I highly recommend this oasis for you, your family, and your pup.

This place is more than described! Wonderful and relaxing. They have done some great work to this house. The yard is very nice (more so if you have kids or dogs as it is fenced in). I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!!! Susan is so easy to work with and strives to make sure your trip is fun. Also this is the cleanest place I have ever rented! MAJOR KUDOS!!!!!
