Description of the Show Low vacation condo rental
One Bedroom * Downstairs condos. Completely furnished!
Our 560 square foot deluxe condo is tastefully decorated. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a walk in closet. Cuddle up with your favorite novel by the wood burning fireplace, watch television, or just kick back and enjoy the beautiful landscape. There is one full bath with tub. Toiletries, towels and all linens are all provided.
The kitchen features a stove, microwave, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with lots of extras. The living room has a cozy over sized sofa, perfect for snuggling. There is also a 19 inch television with a DVD. The dining area has seating for two and the breakfast bar seats four.
Club House, bar-b-q area over looking the ponds. Full laundry facilities on site. Quiet, beautifully landscaped, close to hiking trails, lakes & fishing, centrally located near shopping, dining, movies, and Summit Health Care Regional Medical. Condo is year-round and very accessible. Full snow removal is provided and walk ways maintain by using salt when needed.
$89.00 PER NIGHT, plus tax - $15.00 cleaning fee * $500.00 PER WEEK, plus tax - $30.00 cleaning fee. Ask about out our monthly corporate rate! $1000.00 PER MONTH with a $30.00 cleaning fee.
