Drive-in garage under the house keeps your car snow-free in the winter! Wireless internet and unlimited long distance phone usage. Satellite TV/DVD, gas BBQ grill, fully covered porch and master bedroom balcony with views of the Southfork canyon walls. All wood design home hosts a full ceiling wiskey bottle gas fireplace with rustic, ranch style decor with hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. The living-dining area opens directly to a fully equipped kitchen with tables for eating either inside or outside on the deck.
Area Description
Secluded, one-acre home nestled in the pines in a small, quiet, cozy canyon community next to the X Diamond Ranch, a renowned, year around working cattle ranch. The X Diamond Ranch homes blue ribbon fly fishing on a portion of the Little Colorado River, has a fly shop on site, historical museum tours, and hosts premier horseback riding. The X-Diamond is also home to the Little Bear Archeological Site, a private excavation of ancient pueblo ruins. The site is one of the largest undisturbed Kivas in the southwest and the only one exclusively open to the public for hands-on excavation experience. Property is located just 15 minutes east of greer which hosts a quaint, mountain style atmosphere with shops and a variety of restaurants from up scale to casual. Property is 10 minutes west of Springerville/Eager which also has a variety of shops, restaurants, and large grocery stores.
