A large family house in Sidmouth, with sea views and only 3 minutes walk to beach and town.
The house has been recently renovated and now includes a large kitchen/diner with vaulted ceiling and double french windows opening to large terrace and garden.
Accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms, 4 doubles/twin and 1 single with bunk beds. There is also an office/games room which has a double sofa bed.
One main bathroom with 2 additional shower rooms.
Other facilities include, Sky TV, DVD, C, Broadband internet access, games consoles.
