Description of the Siena vacation villa rental
Apartmenrs from 2-6 persons.All apartmenst with private garden furnished, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa-bed end kitchnet. Less than 20 minutes from Siena is the ancient Tuscan farmhouse, situated on top of the hill from where the beautiful swimming pool offers a magnificent view.
Prices vary from € 320 to € 1040 and include consumption of water, gas, electricity, bed linen, bath and kitchen, entrance to the swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas (the opening period May 01 - September 30) use of tennis courts, air conditioning from 01 June to 30 September. Payable on the spot: Final cleaning € 35 per app.to (the weekend rates are inclusive of final cleaning), heating € 13 per day for app.to, cot € 3 per day. Weekly periods: arrival Saturday from 17:00 to 19:00 Sat.
