The house we stayed in met all expectations, but the rental company did a poor job meeting costumers needs and taking proper care of the fascility. When we came on Saturday all four trash cans were full. We called 3 times to hear every time that the issue will be resolved the very next day. Animals were dumping trash all over the place which we had to clean in the morning. After we realized that management was just playing a game with us, we gave up on cleaning. We were not able to use the shower on the side of the house because of many flies and worms attracted by the spoiled food in broken bags. We left the following Saturday and the issue wasn't resolved yet. We feel bad for the owner who pays extra for the special service of picking up garbage, but the rental company doesn't make sure that the service is provided. The property value will go down, and if the care is this poor in the future, I am afraid that rats and other creatures will take over this beautiful house.
