Description of the Siesta Key vacation condo rental

PLEASE NOTE OUR CONDO RULES DO NOT PERMIT RENTALS Of LESS THAN A MONTH.

Turn key ground floor corner apartment with windows on three sides gives the apartment a wonderful open feeling. The unit is one of 45 in a three floor complex. Apt #115 has its assigned covered parking at the front door. Guest parking is available. The property is directly across from the main public beach on Siesta Key's world renowned white powder sand beach,rated #1beach inthe U.S in 2012. The complex has a large heated pool. There are laundry facilities available on each floor level. Walk out the door cross the street and you are at the beach pavilion and the beach.Use our computer or bring your laptop --- free fast internet, apartment wireless service, printer/copier etc, free long distance pone calls in the USA and Canada.

Area Information

Siesta village is less than 2 miles away from your front door and has all the conveniences you need for a fabulous vacation. Boat rentals,including jet skis, sailing, kayaking, and para sailing are close by. You can rent bikes,motor scooters and segways in the village to explore the island. Bike lanes allow you to ride all over. There are 18 golf courses in our vicinity. Downtown Sarasota is 15 minutes away with all its cultural amenities theaters, movies, Van Wezel performance venue, Ringling Museum and restaurants galore. Deep sea fishing is available at the downtown waterfront and Mote Marine Aquarium is nearby. Sarasota busses stop at the front door for easy access to shopping and the city of Sarasota.

Other Fees: Renter must complete a condo application form accompanied by a check of $100 made payable to Beachway Condominium Association, Inc.; form to be returned to Action Assn. Management, Inc., 1282 4th St., Sarasota, FL 34236. A 12% sales/bed tax must be added to rental charge in addition to a cleaning charge of $90.
