Apt #115 has its assigned covered parking at the front door. Guest parking is available. The property is directly across from the main public beach on Siesta Key's world renowned white powder sand beach. The complex has a large heated pool. There are laundry facilities available on each floor level. Walk out the door cross the street and you are at the beach pavilion and the beach.

Siesta village is less than 2 miles away from your front door and has all the conveniences you need for a fabulous vacation. Boat rentals,including jet skis, sailing, kayaking, and para sailing are close by. You can rent bikes to ride on the beach, bike lanes allow you to ride all over the island. There are 18 golf courses in our vicinity. Downtown Sarasota is 15 minutes away with all its cultural amenities theaters, movies, Van Wezel performance venue, Ringling Museum and restaurants galore. Deep sea fishing is available at the downtown waterfront and Mote Marine Aquarium is nearby.
