Guests have complete access to all Midnight Cove Resort Condominiums amenities, including Heated Pools, Tennis Courts, Private Beach Area (800 Feet from the Condo), Lounges, Chairs & Umbrellas, Clubhouse with Wireless Internet, property is Vehicle Gated, Reserved Covered Parking, and Gas Barbecues available.

Arrival / Departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule. Check in any day of the week. No Friday, Saturday, or Sunday rental start date requirements. With these kinds of restrictions, it impedes on you securing the best possible airfares.

We offer Direct-with-Owner, All-Inclusive Rental Rates (what you see is what you pay). Bypass the premium Midnight Cove rental office rates, and “SAVE” as much as 25% to 55%, or $239 to $573 per week, depending on the Number of Weeks Rented, and on the Season!

INCLUDED: We use an all-inclusive, one-price system. The rental rates include all applicable taxes, parking, utilities (electricity, water, and cable TV), local telephone service, beds made with fresh linens upon arrival, towels, clean-up after departure, rental office reservation set up fees, and a comprehensive arrival / confirmation package. There is a refundable security deposit of $300.00. There are no extra or hidden charges of any kind!

NOT INCLUDED: Travel, car rental, daily maid service, food, entertainment, insurance, golf green fees, long distance telephone service, and other expenditures of a personal nature.

Beautiful views from this 860 square foot, bayside, 3rd floor walk-up condominium unit at the gulf to bay Midnight Cove Resort Condominiums, a gated resort. The kitchen, dining room, living room, main bathroom, and powder room, have been updated in Aug/Sep 2008. The living room opens through 16 foot glass doors onto an open lanai that over-looks the pool, and a lagoon that goes out to the Intra-Coastal Waterway. Enjoy the balmy breeze from the lanai with a spectacular lagoon view. You have access to all bayside and gulf side amenities, including heated pools, tennis courts (night play on bayside), and private beach area, complete with lounges, chairs, and umbrellas. You also have a reserved covered parking area for your vehicle. Beach access is through Midnight Cove gulf side, just a 5 minute walk across the road to a private piece of the crystal sands of Crescent Beach.

It is all here at Midnight Cove Resort Condominiums in Siesta Key, the elegant beach to bay condominium resort. Siesta Key is an eight-mile long barrier island, just offshore of Sarasota, directly on the Gulf of Mexico, and has the finest soft white sand beaches in the state. The sand is 99% pure quartz, soft and cool on the feet. Siesta Key has three wonderful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, where you can play, relax, or walk along the water's edge, Crescent Beach, Turtle Beach, and Siesta Key Public Beach.

Crescent Beach offers lush, white sands, azure waters, and stunning sunsets, but it is relatively secluded and quiet, as it has only one public access road. Located just south of Siesta Public Beach, the beach scene here tends to be more peaceful and private. Crescent Beach, noted for its crescent shape, extends for 2 1/2 miles from the northern tip of Siesta Key, south past Siesta Key Public Beach to Point of Rocks, a lovely snorkeling and diving area that is rich with coral rock formations as well as colorful and abundant marine life. There are no lifeguards or facilities available to the public on Crescent Beach.

Turtle Beach is located on the south end of Siesta Key. The sand on Turtle Beach is a bit courser, browner and shellier than on Crescent Beach and Siesta Key Public Beach to the north. Less crowded than Siesta Key Public Beach, and offers plenty of free parking. A short 1/2 walk south offers access to Palmer Point Beach on Casey Key. Turtle Beach has no lifeguards, but has restrooms, picnic tables and showers.

Siesta Key Public Beach offering the same lush, white sands, azure waters, and stunning sunsets, is located on the north end of Siesta Key, and is 3/4 of a mile long. There are 800 parking spaces to accommodate visitors, shallow water depth in the near shore area, and year round lifeguard protection. Siesta Key Public Beach is within easy walking distance of Siesta Village, with many quaint shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment. Siesta Key Public Beach also has food and souvenir concessions, restrooms, picnic tables and showers.

Enjoy the sunshine and tropical breeze while you track the flight of pelicans and shorebirds, and keep an eye out for the playful dolphins. Take your pick of fishing, shelling, swimming, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, or just walking the beach. These two sisters from Germany had an absolutely wonderful time at your lovely condo. And the price in September was fantastic! The condo is very neat, comfortably furnished, lots of space, very good equipment in the kitchen, and the balcony, without mosquito screens (!) is a delight. Everything is close by. The beach is the third best in the world (I read this!) and only 2 minutes away, just across the street. People are very friendly, and the food in casual restaurants is really good. The long walks along the snow white beach is so relaxing. We had a superb time!

My husband and I live in Sarasota and always take our vacation in town. Why leave paradise when you live there? The condo is centrally located to any place you want to visit. Siesta Beach is the most beautiful beach in the area. This unit is on the bay side so we were able to bring our boat and do some great fishing. (it only cost $25.00 to keep the boat there all week. Most places in the area run $50.00 per night) My husband is a local fishing guide so we have the added advantage of finding the good fishing spots. We caught some nice redfish and put it on the grill located just steps from the unit. The unit was the cleanest I have ever seen and the view was beautiful. The week we stayed the place was empty because the kids had gone back to school. The pool is also just steps away and it was great because there wasn't anybody there. We even celebrated my birthday in the village (Siesta Key Village) which was a lot of fun. It is the perfect location. Very peaceful and pretty. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is wonderful in direct correlation to the excellent price. We had a wonderful time. Everything is a short walking distance, beach, pools,tennis, stores, restaurants; and the beaches are phenomenal. I would stay here again. The place looks better in person than in the photos also. Very quiet and nice balcony. Bug free mainly (for Florida) as compared to a first floor places or other places I have stayed in Florida. It is a top third floor which I didn't know til I got there. But that makes it extra quiet and more bug-free which are very, very good things.

We have just returned from our best ever vacation in Florida. This is a little gem of a place. It is well equipped and extremely clean. The beach was amazing and the guy who looked after the beach furnture was so helpful and made sure that we had all the equipment we needed - even body boards for the kids. The atmosphere on the beach for the 4th of July fireworks was electric. Everthing we needed was so close by including fanastic shopping and restaurants. We did tour around the local beaches and Crescent Beach on Siesta Key was by far the best. Thanks Vic for letting us rent your property.

Siesta Key is definately one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been to. I would highly recommend the condo. It was updated, clean, quiet, and has a great open porch area with a beautiful view of the lagoon and pool that we spent a lot of time on. It's also a short walk to the beach. I also appreciated that there were covered parking areas to keep your vehicle out of the sun & heat. Mr. Wasilaw was very helpful with all of the questions I had. We just returned from our 2nd stay at Midnight Cove unit # 532. It must be good as we went back again this year and we already looking at dates for spring 2010. I have nothing bad to say regarding this location. The two pools are great, the beach is out of this world and the location is awesome. Everything you need is within a 10-15 minute drive (Wal-Mart super store, shopping, great restaurants {Long Horn’s chicken fingers..yummy} playground, batting cage you name it.) I was not to sure about the whole paying via paypal but Victor (condo owner) and has been a real pleasure to deal with. Any questions I just email him and he replies very quickly (usually within 2 hours). Overall, I give this place a 10/10. If people have any questions please feel free to contact me.

We've rented this condo for 2 consecutive years and appreciated the upgrades this year (furniture, counters, washer/dryer). We've spent time in Florida each year for the past 23 years in different locations, the last 4 years being in Siesta Key. We've found this condo to be in a great location - toward the front of the complex, which makes a shorter walk to the beach. The availability of two pools (one beachside) as well as lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach make this location ideal for a relaxing vacation. We typically drive and bring vacation "stuff" with us, however, we flew this year and didn't bring beach towels or pillows (we like a couple extra pillows), so we were left a bit short. We will be visiting Siesta Key again next year and have already reserved this condo. If you've never experienced the SK beach - it is a "must" for beach lovers! The village is great as well!

We found this a most pleasant condo in a great location. The condo was clean, up-to-date, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beach that included lounge chairs and umbrellas. Close by is a grocery store, restaurant, and other shopping needs.

We have been visiting Midnight Cove for 20 years and have always booked through the office. This year I went on line and booked through Victor, and it was so nice to deal with him directly. The unit is beautiful and we loved the top floor balcony at the same time getting to know the herons waiting on the grass below. The unit itself was extremely comfortable and everything appeared to be new or updated, which made our 6 weeks there so much more enjoyable. We are definitely planning to visit again next year. The beach as always was perfect and we enjoyed watching many sunsets during our stay. The local shopping and bargains being offered in all the local stores were amazing and we recommend Mrs. Chen's on Highway 41 for excellent Chinese food at very low cost. Thank you Victor so much.

I agree with everyone else that this condo is all it is cracked up to be. The owner is easy to deal with and the association is well-run. The huge window wall leading to the large balcony is a plus. If forced to think of a negative, I would mention the proximity to the south bridge of Siesta Key, which makes for heavy traffic during peak vacation times. This is not really a problem, however, because drivers tend to extra politeness on the island, so you can squeeze in where you need to.

We had a great time in Florida. The Condo was very clean and everything you would need. The heated pool was clean. The access to the beach was very quick and easy to get to. The condo itself was very nice and luxurious. We would definitely stay there again.

My daughter who lives in Sarasota rented this for us sight unseen. We have been coming to Sarasota to visit with her for the past ten years and she usually finds us a good accommodation. This condo was so comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was also completely equiped with everything. A view of the pool made it possible to choose swim times. We stayed here the first of October and couldn't be happier. It was our first time at Midnight Cove and Siesta Key. The condo was very accommodating and clean. We loved our view, it was very relaxing. Easy access to the beach. The beaches were the best I have ever seen. We would definetly stay here again.
