Beautiful views from this 1,265 square foot, gulf side, 6th floor condominium unit at Siesta Breakers Resort Condominiums, a gated resort. The kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom, master bathroom, and master bedroom change area, have just been updated. The living room opens through 14 foot, floor to ceiling glass doors onto a screened lanai that over-looks the pool, Crescent Beach and the sparkling aqua blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom also opens onto the screened lanai, through 5 foot glass doors. Enjoy the balmy breeze from the lanai with a spectacular view of the gulf. You see a view of the Gulf of Mexico and Crescent Beach as soon as you enter the front door, reflected in 15 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors on the living room wall. You have complete access to all Siesta Breakers Resort amenities, including heated pool, tennis courts (night play on both), private beach area, complete with beach lounges, and chairs. You also have a reserved covered parking area for your vehicle.
It is all here at Siesta Breakers Resort Condominiums in Siesta Key, the elegant beach condominium resort. Siesta Key is an eight-mile long barrier island, just offshore of Sarasota, directly on the Gulf of Mexico, and has the finest soft white sand beaches in the state. The sand is 99% pure quartz, soft and cool on the feet. Siesta Key has three wonderful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, where you can play, relax, or walk along the water's edge, Crescent Beach, Turtle Beach, and Siesta Key Public Beach.
Crescent Beach offers lush, white sands, azure waters, and stunning sunsets, but it is relatively secluded and quiet, as it has only one public access road. Located just south of Siesta Public Beach, the beach scene here tends to be more peaceful and private. Crescent Beach, noted for its crescent shape, extends for 2 1/2 miles from the northern tip of Siesta Key, south past Siesta Key Public Beach to Point of Rocks, a lovely snorkeling and diving area that is rich with coral rock formations as well as colorful and abundant marine life. There are no lifeguards or facilities available to the public on Crescent Beach.
Turtle Beach is located on the south end of Siesta Key. The sand on Turtle Beach is a bit courser, browner and shellier than on Crescent Beach and Siesta Key Public Beach to the north. Less crowded than Siesta Key Public Beach, and offers plenty of free parking. A short 1/2 mile walk south offers access to Palmer Point Beach on Casey Key. Turtle Beach has no lifeguards, but has restrooms, picnic tables and showers.
Siesta Key Public Beach offering the same lush, white sands, azure waters, and stunning sunsets, is located on the north end of Siesta Key, and is 3/4 of a mile long. There are 800 parking spaces to accommodate visitors, shallow water depth in the near shore area, and year round lifeguard protection. Siesta Key Public Beach is within easy walking distance of Siesta Village, with many quaint shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment. Siesta Key Public Beach also has food and souvenir concessions, restrooms, picnic tables and showers.
Enjoy the sunshine and tropical breeze while you track the flight of pelicans and shorebirds, and keep an eye out for the playful dolphins. Take your pick of fishing, shelling, swimming, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, or just walking the beach.
