Find your vacation getaway on the island paradise of Siesta Key, Florida! Our condo is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, known as "The World's Finest, Whitest Sand", and voted one of the most spectacular of Florida's beaches. A tropical vacation paradise, we are located in a gated complex directly on the Gulf of Mexico. You will be surrounded by lush tropical landscaping in a newly and tastefully decorated condominium fully furnished with everything you need to relax, including your own private indoor lanai, and outdoor patio. Walk out to the pool and beach from this spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 1st floor privately owned and leased GULF VIEW UNIT. (This is not a garden condo where there is no view.)

This immaculate condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, 3 queen beds, (2 in master bedroom and 1 in guest bedroom), 3 cable TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo player, and hairdryers.

Watch playful dolphins and awesome sunsets from the large outdoor deck provided for guests, equipped with chaise lounges for sunning or relaxing. We promise to accommodate you in every way possible to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable.

Siesta Key is considered on of the most beautiful of Florida's barrier islands. It is easy to get to from Tampa International Airport, Sarasota Airport, or Fort Myers. The condo sits in an excellent spot in view of a tropical setting, pool, and steps to the flour white sands of Siesta Keys. We were very happy with Jeanne's condo. It is updated, comfortably furnished, and practical. The condo pleased a senior citizen, a teenager, and an adolescent at the same time! What more needs said?

This condo is so nice, I like it also because it is on the ground floor. The condo is equipped with everything you would need; a home away from home... It is clean and well organized. Jeanne is very nice and helpful she will answer any questions you may have and is easy to contact. I have two sons one is 9 and one is 3, the condo is located in a place that makes going to the beach with little ones easy. As you walk to the beach from the condo you travel past a very nice pool and the large deck is wonderful; you can lay out there, grill out, take pictures, read, etc. To enter the condo you must have a code to access the gate I liked this beacuse I felt my family was in a safe and secure environment. My entire family enjoyed our stay; would defintely stay in this condo again when visiting Sarasota. Sincerely, Stanton, KY

I rented this condo for the week with my daughters to celebrate one turning 21 and one turning 40. Jeanne was absolutely wonderful and professional to work with, and everything worked like a well oiled machine, seamless! The condo is spacious, niceley decorated and has everything you need! It is wonderfully located, on the ground floor, just adjacent to the pool and the beach just beyond. They think of everything, even chairs to take to the beach for comfort, and plenty of beachtowels too. The beach and sand are breathtakingly beautiful, the Gulf water clean and warm. Our weather was perfect to enjoy the beach everyday, with some sailing and parasailing thrown in. The covered parking was very handy, and the security gate assures you are safe. It's close to everything - shopping, great restaurants, and sunsets. You will love it here!

Second time we have been to this great condo. Perfect place to vacation with young children; non-chlorinated pool right outside the door and the sand steps away makes trips to and from for those forgotten items easy! Gulf is perfect for kids with calm surf. Best beach to which we have been. The condo is very clean and in great condition. Sleeps six comfortably and has all that you would need. Owners very professional.

For a week of relaxation on the beach this is a great place. We swam in the Gulf and the pool, rented kayaks nearby and explored the inner waterway, ran on the beach, watched the sunset. This first floor condo is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and queen sized beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Covered parking. Our deposit was returned within a week.

This property is absolutely amazing! The unit is very well kept, very clean and has absolutely everything you need. The grounds are amazing -- beach is fantastic - truly a resort feeling! Everyone is very friendly. Close to grocery stores, drug stores etc...Looking forward to renting again!
