House was in great condition & very clean when we arrived. There was great water pressure, beds were comfortable, pools & hot tubs were close & very nice. Overall, GREAT experience!

We booked the condo late, but were very pleased with Excelsior #107. We were only planning on going for 1 week, but with the affordable price we were able to stay at Excelsior for 2 weeks and are very glad we did. The unit was very nice and the complex is great. We had stayed on the Gulf-side a few years ago, but actually preferred the Bay-side after staying there this time. We would definitely recommend it!

Costly Rental Deals

With all the vacant condo units around Siesta Key, rental agents are holding out for top dollar while "owners" are negotiating with potential renters and making deals. Dealing with rental agents is not the way to go. "VRBO" is the site to use. You usually deal directly with the owner and they are willing to deal rather than hold out and end up with a vacancy - - - - like the rental agents do. They are unwilling to bend, which hurts their owners - - - and the economy. No rent equals no money spent in the area.
