Description of the Siesta Key vacation condo rental

One of Siesta Keys newest complexes, (Spring 2006), Crescent Siesta Key offers luxury living at its best. This spacious 3 bedroom beachfront condominium offers a spectacular and direct view of the world famous Crescent Beach and sunsets from the open air balcony, living room, kitchen and master bedroom.

This beautiful condo has many upgrades with bamboo flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 4 flat-screen TV's, Bose stereo system with surround sound, washer/dryer and high speed internet access. The large master bath has a separate jacuzzi tub and shower. Our luxury condo is professionally decorated with original artwork and the highest quality modern furnishings. The resort offers 2 pools, one is beachfront and the other is an elevated pool located on the 2nd floor in the middle of the complex, close to a work-out room with cardio and weight equipment.

Another first-class amenity is the shared beach chairs reserved for the exclusive use of guests in our complex. Crescent Siesta Key is located in easy walking distance of several restaurants and convenience shopping.

This condo has 2 assigned covered parking spaces and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed, one guest room has 2 queen beds and the other guest room has 1 queen bed.
January through April - 1 month minimum.
May through December - 1 week minimum.

Payment and Cancellation policy: 25% deposit to hold condo, balance due at check-in. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive your deposit minus $75. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited.

Area Description

We are located just 3 properties south from the south bridge (Stickney Point), which is also south of the public beach by less than a mile. Our building is on the beachside of the road, and our unit is direct/ocean/beachfront. Across the street, called Midnight Pass Road, from our building is Captain Curt's Oyster Bar, and several other restaurants are within walking distance. The condo is beautiful and the sand, view and sunsets are incredible!
