Just renovated/modernized with the latest & best kitchen appliances, furniture, pictures and other decorations, and freshly painted through-out with Full Bay Views !!!

Bay Tree Amenities include:
-2 Heated Pools (1-Bayside & 1-Oceanside)
-Picnic/BBQ Area By each pool
-Private Beach Access
-Private beachside cabanas with chairs, umbrellas, etc.
-New boat docks on Bay which accommodate up to 38' vessel.

Plus: Extensive Improvements to the property; roofs, landscaping, and walkways. Turtle Beach recently renourished. County is reviewing improvements to Turtle Beach Park.

• Deposits: DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of 10% or $500, whichever is greater, is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the provisions inder Item #4 of your Rental Agreement are met.
   
• Other Fees: PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Andrew & Jennifer Martin. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. There is also an additional $100.00 cleaning fee added to the total rent.

One could not ask for a better spot to "get away and relax". The condo was beautifully furnished and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped for anything you might wish to prepare. These things made for a very comfortable week at the beach. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants nearby with a great selection of seafood, a couple of which are very close and prices are very reasonable. Access to both the bay as well as the private beach along the Gulf with an oceanside cabana was very convenient. There is a great assortment of beautiful shells to be gathered. Don't miss seeing a gorgeous sunset at Siesta Key Public Beach while leisurely taking a walk in "baby powder soft" white sand. There are activities to suit everyone. Would enjoy doing this again.

The owners have done a wonderful job in making the unit open and airy with free flowing space. It has everything you need and more to provide a comfortable stay. You look out the sliding glass doors through a lovely garden area and interesting shaped live oaks to the harbor. The sunrise over the harbor is gorgeous. The wildlife is abundant. The beaches are perfect for long, quiet walks and finding beautiful shells. The area is pedestrian friendly. There are good, afordable resturants, shopping, shopping and more shopping. The list of things you can do is endless. You could not be bored. Our beach vacation was excellent and so much fun. We would go back in a minute!

This condo was very attractively and totally equipped for beach life! The kitchen was equipped for a chef. However, access to many seafood and ethnic restaurants was just a short drive away. One can even walk to two very reasonably-priced seafood spots. Having a private beach right across the street AND a bay access (the condo view) was quite unique....included were HEATED pools on both ocean & bay sides. "Beach toys" were available in the oceanfront cabana. For "shell seekers" the beach yielded a treasure trove of intact shells...if you love to walk quiet beaches this is the place for you, at least in February. You must feel the baby powder consistency of the sand at the public beach (Siesta Key)....truly a special treat, especially at sunset. A great Florida beach vacation spot which requires an ENCORE!
