Siesta Key 1st floor, Resort Condo - Palm Bay Club

“Palm Bay Club” is a resort community stretching across the Island from the Bay to the Gulf. The Complex’s amenities include 2 Tennis courts, Private Beach with Plenty of Lounge Chairs. Our unit is a FIRST FLOOR UNIT, on the Quiet Bay side. Pull up to the door and unload, No Elevators or Long Hallways to deal with. A few minute walk gets you to either the Beach or the Bay. There are Boat Slips available, but must be reserved ahead of time.

GROUND FLOOR Unit -- Drive right up to you door! Extra large unit, about 1350 sq. ft., with a huge Living area surrounded by many windows and is very bright and beautifully furnished. Dining area. Master Bedroom; with a King size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. Huge Living Area with Casino Bar and a Day Bed with a trundle bed adding 2 single beds. Sleeps 6 comfortably. You will find modern appliances and everything you would expect in a well-equipped kitchen, Full Refrigerator, cooking utensils, Stove/Oven, Crock Pot, microwave, dishwasher, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker, pots, pans, Tupperware, etc.

The Condo is very comfortably furnished and it is well equipped with bed linens and bath towels. You will find a hair dryer in both bathrooms. Just bring your personal items. The house has central Air and Heat. There are 3 TV’s, 3 VCR’s, DVD, Stereo, VCR Movie Library, Books, Games, Super Nintendo & Games, Casino Bar with Games, Iron and Ironing Board, Cable with HBO, Port-a-crib.

The Complex amenities Includes Free Wireless Internet Service, Tennis Courts, Racquets Available in the office, Private Beach with Chairs, 2 Pools, one of the pools is on the Bay along with a Large Hot Tub, Washer/Dryer Available on each floor, Game Room has Pool Table and Ping Pong, Sauna.

Bikes and Scooters are available to rent locally.

Our Beach Condo is located on the Crescent Beach of Siesta Key on Midnight Pass Rd. Located approximately 55 miles south of Tampa on Florida's Gulf Coast, Siesta Key is an eight-mile-long barrier island connected to Sarasota by two bridges. While all the conveniences of modern life are easily accessible, Siesta Key is still remote enough to give one a feeling of old Florida. Bursting with lush foliage, mature trees and tropical flowering shrubs that line the winding routes to the village and the beaches. The beaches are refreshingly natural, with protected wild sea oats and mangroves providing a protective habitat for the scores of native island birds that share the island, as well as the dolphins, manatees and other aquatic wildlife living just offshore. Siesta Key’s dazzling white sand was rated America’s very best by beachgoers who echo what every Sarasota beach lover knows -- that Siesta Key’s sugar-fine sand is clean, powder-soft to the touch, free of shell particles and cool on the feet. No day would be complete without taking in a spectacular sunset during an evening stroll on the Siesta’s Beach. If you enjoy collecting Shells, be sure to visit nearby Turtle Beach at the south end of the island.
