Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom condo with all the conveniences of home. Monthly rental required Jan/Apr. 2 week rental May/Dec.

The location of the Bay Tree Club is known to be at the quieter end of the key.

Just steps outside the condo you are welcomed by the Gulf and Little Sarasota Bay.

Many ammenities including convenient assigned parking, 2 heated pools and laundry facilities.

From the condo lanai there are views of the swimming pool, Little Sarasota Bay and you may even catch a glimpse of Florida wildlife.

Located in a well kept and fully updated building that is 5 stories high.

Beautifully landscaped, nice walkways and bike paths to Siesta Village.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: 2 week minimum during off season
Lodging Tax: 0%
Deposits: Damage/Reservation deposit of 10% or $500, which ever is greater is required. This must be received within 7 days of booking the reservation. This is refundable after inspection within 14 days of departure. Provided the provisions of the rental agreement are met.
Other Fees: Payment - an advanced payment equal to 50% of the total rent is required 60 days before arrival. The advanced payment will be applied towards the total rent. The balance of the rent is due 30 days before your arrival date.
