Building is on the side of the road, so there is no road to cross to get to the beach. Among it's many amenities are: 2 heated pools and a Jacuzzi, a heated outside shower with soap, tennis courts, a large garden with gazebo, stainless steel professional gas BBQs, a well equipped exercise room with TV, billiard room, party room with kitchen facilities, etc. etc. Covered parking for each unit is under the building.
The entire condo was refurbished recently. is walls, ceiling, floors, baths, kitchen, etc, etc. Look at our pictures.
Our 2BR sq ft 4th floor condo is very spacious, open and bright. The balcony has a diagonal view of the gulf, the beach and those fantastic sunsets. The unit is fully air-conditioned with diagonal porcelain tile and area rugs throughout. There are phones in the kitchen, master bedroom, living room and 2nd bedroom, as well as an answering machine in the living room.
-The Living Room contains a sofa and a love seat, and a comfy leather reading chair. For your entertainment there is a 42" Plasma a DVD Player/Recorder and a stereo radio with iPod Dock. High Definition channels are available through a SA which also allows you to HD TV Shows. High Speed Internet connection is available through a Cable Wireless Wi-Fi Modem. An HP Scanner Printer with USB Cable has been added to allow you to print from your computer. There is a walkout from the living room to a large balcony with great views for those leisurely breakfasts or evening snacks with fantastic sunsets. -Next to the living room is a large dining room with table and chairs.
-The Kitchen has a side by side large fridge with Icemaker and through the door filtered water dispenser, ceramic top self-cleaning stove, dishwasher, over the stove microwave, toaster oven, garburator and all the latest kitchen gadgets, along with a full set of dishes, glasses, and pots and pans. There is a small table with 2 chairs for those casual meals and a telephone. There are brand new kitchen cabinets with Silestone (granite) counters.
-The Master Bedroom contains a King size bed along with a large set of drawers and 2 night tables. There is a 27" remote control LCD and a DVD Recorder/Player, a Hunter ceiling fan, a telephone and a clock radio.
The 5 piece ensuite bathroom has a separate dressing/makeup area with a sink. There are new cabinets with Silestone counters.
-The second Bedroom contains a full size bed as well as a single bed. It also has a 19" remote control TV with DVD Player, a clock radio, telephone and ceiling fan.
-The main bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. There are new cabinets and a Silestone Counter. The laundry area has a full size Whirlpool front load stacked washer/dryer (High Efficiency "he" detergent required).
-A high efficiency heating and cooling system can maintain any temperature you require.
-This unit is a NON smoking unit. Condo Board and Health rules do not allow pets.
-Virtually everything you need is supplied, all you need to bring is yourself, suntan lotion and food. Even beach towels are supplied.

Crescent Beach on Siesta Key is the world's best beach and we don't say that lightly. While some say beaches in Bali, Australia, New Zealand and/or Hawaii are as nice it's not the case - We've been there. NO IN THE IS AS ON THE AND TO IN AS !!!
Travel Channel Rates Siesta Beach to the "Elite List": On April 6, a Travel Channel (Part of Discovery Networks) film crew shot footage on the beach. Siesta Beach was chosen to the "Elite" list by a panel of beach experts reviewing criteria such as cleanliness, sand quality and surrounding area. The secret of Siesta Key's sand is that the ancient sand crystals have been worn smooth over time. The sand is clean, powder soft to the touch, free of shell particles and cool on the feet. As you can see in the pictures the building is about 50 yards from the private beach equipped with lounges and chairs.
Many golf courses (50+) are available for you to play within minutes drive. Prices are reasonable, even in High Season, with 18 holes and cart from $40 and up tax included.
Sarasota is located about 1 hour south of Tampa/St.Petersburg on the West coast of Florida on beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are numerous International airports close to Sarasota. In Sarasota is the Sarasota/Bradenton (SRQ) International airport. Tampa(TPA)/St. Petersburg(PIE) is located about 1 hour north on Orlando(MCO)/Sanford(SFB) is about 2 hours northeast on & I-4 and Ft. Myers(RSW) is about 75 minutes south on Fort Lauderdale(FLL) and Miami(MIA) are about 3 hours southeast on If you are going to rent a car then just fly into the airport that gives you the least expensive Total Price. For you in the colder North, St. Petersburgh is usually the cheapest.

Flew down in July with my family and had a very good experience. Our condo was on the beach side so no crossing the street which is very busy during the day. The condo was very spacious and had its own washer and dryer which was very conveinient. Also had tennis courts, workout room, and a pool table that my boys used during down time. However the best part is obviously the beach. The sand and water quality is great and the water is cystal clear and you can see the bottom on a sunny day. The waves are very small unless its storming almost like swimming in a swimming pool. The only small complaint I had was wish the condo supplied beach umbrellas like some I have stayed at in the past. When you fly you cant bring your own so we just bnought a small cheap one and left it there for the next person that needs it.Also you better get there early if it is during the busy season because the chairs go fast. There are plenty of places to eat even though some places are a bit pricey. Will definately be going back next year.

We just spent 4 nights in this condo last week and it was a great place to stay. The photos don't do it justice. It was very clean, spacious and nicely furnished...everything has been recently updated. We were a short walk down to the beach and pool (it's on the beach side). Everything we needed was in the condo & more! We will definitely be back to this condo for another extended vacation...thoroughly enjoyed it!!

This was the second year of vacationing in Siesta Key. First time staying in this condo. We had a fantastic stay! The weather couldn't have been better. We had a thunderstorm early one morning, but it didn't ruin the day. The condo was the greatest. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place without having to kill the wallet! Thanks!

We had a wonderful time mostly do to the accommodations and their wonderful location. The two-bedroom condo is beautifully (and comfortably) furnished, big screen HD TV's and very comfortable beds, not to mention covered parking and the proximity to the beach. Laundry facilities are also available within the condo itself. The private beach is phenomenal with its white sand that does not get hot with the days sun and complimentary beach chairs, if the beach isn't your thing you have to pass the pool and hot tub to get to it. The condo is conveniently located close to great restaurants and shopping, Siesta Key is a wonderful place to visit and close to Sarasota if you need a little more excitement. We will definitely be booking this condo again on our next trip to Florida.

Me, my husband, and two other people enjoyed our stay at this awesome condo! Everything you needed to be comfortable, nice view of ocean and the best part being right on the beach and just a short walk away. The beach is fantastic! The condo is fantastic! We really enjoyed our first trip to Siesta Key and I would definitely, without question, come back and rent this condo again.

My family and I had a glorious week in Siesta Key. The weather was beautiful. We had one day of rain which turned into a great shopping day at the outlet mall. The condo was great. It was all updated and my family felt right at home, which is great when you are on vacation. I would recommend this location to anyone who is interested in going to Siesta Key. If you have never been to Siesta Key you are in for an amazing time if you love clean, white sand that never gets hot. The gulf is clam so it is easy to swim in and the dolphins come close enough to the shore that you can see them often, especially in the morning.Stay in the US and feel like you are in the Carribean!!!

This condo was totally renovated since our last visit and it is awesome! From the newly tiled floors, showers, solid counter tops in bath and kitchen, this condo looks new. New furniture also.It is right on the beach with a great view from the balcony and having access to the bay side is great also. We spent several mornings and evenings watching the boats and dolphins. We can't wait to go back! Best deal in Siesta Key!!!
