You can easily step outside of this completely updated and tropical condo to Siesta beach, rated by the Travel Channel as the “Best Sand Beach” in the country! Siesta Beach's sand is 99% pure quartz - making it both gorgeous to look at and cool on the feet. The sugary white sands are exclusive to Siesta and Crescent Beach.
The kitchen is very functional, well stocked and ideal for saving on a few meals out. Also allowing for the opportunity to prepare snacks, drinks and lunches to take to the beach.
This property is updated with tropical furnishings, flat screen TV and two baths. Outdoor shady grassy area to sit in front of your unit. Behind the apartment is an out door paved patio with grill.

I have visited several beaches in the Gulf Coast but this trip was the most enjoyable. The location of the property was excellent allowing us to enjoy the beach at any time of the day along with other amenities they offer. No need to carry chairs or boogie boards to the beach. The apartment was nicely decorated with a full equipped kitchen, just like the pictures in the website. The bedrooms were comfortable. The apartment manager was very friendly. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to replace the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room. Overall, we had a great time. We look forward to go back.

Very clean and very functional place to stay. We also really enjoyed the location with easy access to the beach and pool and a handy 7-11 close by. We would love to go back next week if we could!

I had originally planned to vacation out of state but I had to change plans at the last minute. Luckily, I found this condo and it was great. It's very spacious, well kept and right on the world famous Siesta Key Beach. John was great to deal with and truly knows the meaning of customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and I plan on coming back soon. Thanks for a great week!
