Description of the Siesta Key vacation condo rental

The moment you arrive at Gulf & Bay Bayside, you’ll appreciate the beauty, serenity, and charm of this “old Key West” style village. Located on the bay across from Sarasota on world-famous Siesta Key, our view of the intracoastal waterway is exquisite. You’ll be embraced by balmy breezes and delighted by the egrets, cranes, and pelicans that fly by or land here to rest awhile.

This beautiful and unique Key West-style gated condominium community on the Intracoastal features wonderful resort amenities including two heated pools, picnic areas with Weber gas grills, large clubhouse with sauna and exercise/workout room, walking paths, fishing/sunning pier, ponds and lighted tennis courts. The world-renowned white sands of Crescent Beach (rated one of the top ten in the US!) and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk away.

Master has king bed, and desk with chair. Master bathroom has dual vanities, walk in closet & shower only. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin bed & a 2nd full bathroom with one sink and a tub/shower combo

The Living room has a sleeper sofa and brand new furniture in living room. There is a eat in kitchen with seating for 4 as well as 3 barstools off of kitchen for informal dining. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances.

Very large lanai approx 11 X 16 overlooking creek & tennis courts with a ceiling fan and a table that seats 6.

One car garage. Tile throughout. Entire unit just repainted. All new blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, linens, towels, bedspreads & toilets. Laundry closet in hallway with full size w/d.

Two pools, two tennis courts and an exercise room provide on-site activities. The clubhouse (with comfortable seating and kitchen facilities) can be reserved for gatherings and celebrations. Barbeque grills and picnic areas are also available.

You can walk across the street and down a path to beautiful Crescent Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Nearby there are abundant opportunities for active fun, such as volleyball, parasailing, jetskiing, boating, or golf…and for the quieter pleasures of shopping, visiting art galleries and museums, or dining at an astounding assortment of local restaurants.
