Very nIce location, Older facility but well maintained. Lots of extras in the villa , little things like beach gear etc making the trips to the beach store across the street minimal. We would definitely rent here again. Here for family reunion in the area so location was critical, but price here was right . Walking distance to restaurants and on the beach.

We enjoyed the condo and location very much. The condo was exceptionally clean and the upgrades to the interior were noticeable and appreciated. The location is perfect with grocery and liquor stores, excellent restaurants and entertainment right across the street. A short walk to the most amazing white sand beach that you could ask for, made it all worthwhile - especially after our terrible winter. We also enjoyed the the screened in lanai for our morning coffee or our evening beverage, where you could hear the live music from Captain Curt's. We would definitely love to go back sometime soon and would highly recommend Matt's place - particularly for a couple! Amazing vacation - the weather was perfect!

This unit was very well equipped and we had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The beds were very comfortable. This unit faces the street and there are 2 bars across the street. With the window closed and the air on we never heard the music that played into the night. The porch out front looked onto the street and you could sit out there and watch the activity on the street and hear the music without having to go to the bar. Since the unit was on the street side it was a longer walk to the beach. The property has private access to the beach and you type in a code to get through the gate to the beach. The swimming pool was refreshing if you didn't want to go to the beach. I needed WiFi to do work and the unit was located some distance from the antenna and it was unreliable. I used my iPhone's hot spot most of the time. The gas grills are located beach side so another long walk to cook and return to the unit to eat. A toaster oven would have been nice to cook snacks but we just used the oven. The unit contained all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. Overall it was a great unit for the price. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. If you have never stayed on the crescent beach in Siesta Key with the quartz white sand that doesn't get hot you are missing out on a great experience.
Thanks for the great response, as far as the WiFi goes I do have an WiFi extender in the condo that works great but in order to use it you would have had to log on to it and not the complexes WiFi. Sorry for that inconvenience, I do like your idea about the toaster oven so that will be in there immediately.
Again I just want to stay thanks and it sounded like you had a great time...
Nice trip despite the rainy weather

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Crest - would definitely come back there - this was our first time there and only 2nd time in Siesta Keys. Unfortunately we hit a very rainy patch of weather - only had sun 1 out of 4 days which I know is unusual

The condo was very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Its location on the beach was ideal. The area was extremely well kept as were the 2 pools and 3 barbecue areas. We enjoyed strolling to the beach and watching the glorious sunset over a glass of wine. We were so satisfied that we have already put down a deposit for next year.

Great place & awesome location

We stayed in condo 24. This unit was very nice. Updated interior & had plenty of cookware. The pull out sofa even had an air mattress. The walk to the pool is only steps & the beach not much further. It would've been nice if you could take the lounge chairs out to the beach like the neighboring places. I had to rent a chair from a store across the street since we traveled via air. Check in & out was quick & easy. This is a great location for a true easy walk to the beach. While driving around I noticed further up the, cluster, of places on the beach at some points had a far walk to get to the beach, which can be misleading when looking for easy beach access. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a true explanation of the units & location in your advertising.

Tropical Storm Debby didn't stop us from getting on a plane in Chicago and heading down to Siesta. The property managers even called and asked if we wanted to move our reservation back 2 or 3 days due to the storm. Unit 3 had just been remodeled and the furnishings where top quality. Very nice! The walk to the beach seemed far, but right across the street from our unit were 2 bars , Anna's Delli, 7-11 , and a drug store. All seemed closer than beach. Pool was clean and all other guests seemed happy too. Mike and Jill run a nice ship! Don & Deb

my husband and i spent the most amazing week at crescent towers in siesta key. the one bedroom efficiency was absolutely perfect for us and the view was spectacular. they kept the beach area pristine, and the location of crescent towers was easy to access to restaurants, shops etc. the unit was spotlessly clean which is very important to us. we are definitely returning to crescent towers when we return to siesta key.

My new bride and I stayed in this most wonderful home from July 9-16. It was our delayed honeymoon and what an awesome and perfect place this turned out to be. We had never been to this area before and we were THRILLED at how warm and cozy our apartment was. Everything was new, fresh, clean and comfortable - it felt like our own! We greatly appreciated how centrally our place was located (walking distance) to some great little shops, restuarants and most of all the soft white clean sands and sun sets of Siesta Key. To anyone who is looking for a GREAT place to stay where the people are friendly, the atmosphere intoxicating and the sunsets breath taking then this is your place. Did I mention how reasonable and affordable our accomodations were? Can't wait to book next years trip! Planning on making it two weeks instead of one. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends (and have :-)

Can't wait to go back...

Had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. The accomodations were fantastic. THis unit was newly remodeled and very clean, which was refreshing, and just a few feet from the beach. The rates were very reasonable as well. I have recommended this to my friends and family as the beach is unbelievable and there is a lot to see in and around the area (Ringling Museum a must see). Found a great French cafe, C'est La Vie in downtown Sarasota where we went every day for espresso, cappachino and croissant. A must do...felt like I was in back in France!! Can't wait to return.
