Enjoy your stay 100 yds from the NUMBER 1 beach in the US see (USA TODAY 06/2011). White sands, blue water, private beach area and much more, awaits your next vacation on Crescent Beach on Beautiful Siesta Key.
No streets to cross no driving to the beach just a short walk and your on the beach. Siesta Key Beach is perfect for strolling, shell-collecting, or more active pursuits like renting a catamaran or kayak from one of the many beach concessionaires. This unit is fully furnished and equipped with cable TV, DVD and central heat and air. Twice every year I have the carpets professionally cleaned. Linens are provided and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Wireless internet access available. This apartment is NON-SMOKING
There is a King bed and a Twin bed in the bedroom along with a brand new sleeper couch with a brand new Queen size AirDream Sofa Bed Mattress (the most comfortable matress money can buy) that pulls out for 2 out in the living room. This unit has just been completely remodeled with all new furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, lights, lamps, dishes and much more. Last month,Aug 2012, I just had new Hurrican proof front sliding glass door and entry door installed along with new double hung windows on the Lanai. Our pool is kept at 90 degrees year round. When you get there, there are no steps to enter the apartment and the parking is right outside your front door. All the shopping you want is right across the street, along with restaurants and entertainment. Laundry is available on the premises.
Once there everything is within walking distance.
Most visitors will fly into Tampa airport just 50 minutes away.

Crescent Beach is now rated the Number 1 beach in the US. white sands, and stunning sunsets is what awaits your arrival. At the southern tip of this beach is the Point of Rocks - a lovely snorkeling and diving area that is rich with coral rock formations as well as colorful and abundant marine life. What will you find when you get here?
Sunny beaches with crystal-white, powdery sand that stretch for miles. Lots of shopping with all sorts of fashion, beach accessories and souvenirs. Restaurants where you can go to grab a quick breakfast or lunch in your flip-flops and sandy toes, or to relax in style over an extraordinary dinner
Walk the beach or stretch out in the sun. Play a game of volleyball, ride a bike, fly a kite, golf or just relax in your beach chair and people watch. Our tropical climate makes every sort of outdoor activity available and enjoyable nearly year-round.

Siesta Village north of Siesta beach is a mostly pedestrian village area
ideal for “People Watching” from sidewalk cafes. Here, as on the south end, stores, shops, boutiques and restaurants thrive in the midst of commercial and residential activities. There are two shopping/restaurant districts on Siesta Key: The Crescent Beach area, south of where Stickney Point Road connects to Midnight Pass Road, showcases boutiques shops and restaurants comfortably mixed in with attractions and commercial businesses. You’ll find a full service grocery store, nearby drug store and post office all convenient to surrounding accommodations and beach access areas.

Tropical Storm Debby didn't stop us from getting on a plane in Chicago and heading down to Siesta. The property managers even called and asked if we wanted to move our reservation back 2 or 3 days due to the storm. Unit 3 had just been remodeled and the furnishings where top quality. Very nice! The walk to the beach seemed far, but right across the street from our unit were 2 bars , Anna's Delli, 7-11 , and a drug store. All seemed closer than beach. Pool was clean and all other guests seemed happy too. Mike and Jill run a nice ship! Don & Deb

Stayed With my wife and 2 kids, nice walking distance to the beach, condo was fully equipped and right across restaurants and stores. The building manager was courteous and very helpful. Weather was great and the water just perfect! We would love to go back and stay there again.

my husband and i spent the most amazing week at crescent towers in siesta key. the one bedroom efficiency was absolutely perfect for us and the view was spectacular. they kept the beach area pristine, and the location of crescent towers was easy to access to restaurants, shops etc. the unit was spotlessly clean which is very important to us. we are definitely returning to crescent towers when we return to siesta key.

My new bride and I stayed in this most wonderful home from July 9-16. It was our delayed honeymoon and what an awesome and perfect place this turned out to be. We had never been to this area before and we were THRILLED at how warm and cozy our apartment was. Everything was new, fresh, clean and comfortable - it felt like our own! We greatly appreciated how centrally our place was located (walking distance) to some great little shops, restuarants and most of all the soft white clean sands and sun sets of Siesta Key. To anyone who is looking for a GREAT place to stay where the people are friendly, the atmosphere intoxicating and the sunsets breath taking then this is your place. Did I mention how reasonable and affordable our accomodations were? Can't wait to book next years trip! Planning on making it two weeks instead of one. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends (and have :-)

Had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. The accomodations were fantastic. THis unit was newly remodeled and very clean, which was refreshing, and just a few feet from the beach. The rates were very reasonable as well. I have recommended this to my friends and family as the beach is unbelievable and there is a lot to see in and around the area (Ringling Museum a must see). Found a great French cafe, C'est La Vie in downtown Sarasota where we went every day for espresso, cappachino and croissant. A must do...felt like I was in back in France!! Can't wait to return.
