The unit has a newly remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinets. It has a master suite with a king bed and newly remodeled master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed and a full bath. Five sleep comfortably in this spacious unit and the main living space also has a sofa where a sixth visitor could sleep.
Cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or travel less than one mile into Siesta Key village where you’ll find a plethora of restaurant options from casual to fine dining. After dinner, satisfy your sweet tooth at Big Olaf’s where you’ll find Siesta’s best ice cream and fudge! Then head over to Siesta Key Oyster Bar (S.K.O.B.) where live music is performed daily.
In the mornings sit on the lanai while listening to the waves and watching the early sun dance across the water, or partake in the free yoga class offered on the beach. During the day the village is buzzing with shoppers exploring the many boutiques, beach bazaars and high end couture shops.
Crescent Royale has one of the best lap swimming pools of any condominium complex in the area, a workout facility, a game room with a pool table, a ping-pong table, computer access and an outdoor grilling and picnic area complete with a shuffle board court.
