Arrival & Departure Times:
For your convenience, you may arrive as early as you like before 4:00 PM on your arrival date, and use the common areas on the Midnight Cove gulf side, and bayside properties (tennis courts, pool, lounges and chairs, private beach area, and restrooms), until you can access Midnight Cove #714. You may also stay as late as you like after 10:00 AM on your departure date, and use the common areas on the Midnight Cove properties. Just be sure to park your vehicle in one of the visitor parking spots in front of the rental office, and not in the Midnight Cove #714 parking spot. Your unit key will open the restrooms in the bayside pool area, as well as the tennis court gate, and you have the access code for the security gates, and gulf side pool area restrooms.

Convienent location

This rental was awesome! Location, location, location! The nice shaded area off of the back porch was a welcoming place for morning coffee. Easy rental through owner. Midnight Cove providing beach chairs and umbrellas is a big PLUS! easy access to the beach. Condo had everything you need. Nice and clean gas grills near condo were perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This condo was clean, a 5 minute walk to the beach, affordable and the owner was very professional to work with. I would definitely stay at this condo again and/or rent through this owner again.

Awesome Vacation!

Midnight Cove is an awesome place to spend vacation! The complex was VERY clean, quiet and very relaxing; the employees were very helpful and went out of their way to make your vacation GREAT! I would highly recommend Midnight Cove to vacation. The beach was UNBELIEVABLE...the sand was amazing!! Midnight Cove is the best kept secret for sure and we will be definately be back! Vic was great in communicating with and we will definately be in touch! Thanks to everyone who made our vacation a memorable one!

Fun in the sun!!!!

Condo was great! Short walk to the beach from condo.Lagoon was right outside our patio door.Was a great vacation.Owner very nice and easy to rent from.
