Description of the Siesta Key vacation condo rental

Ground floor 2BDR/2BA condominium, completely remodeled in Nov 2011. Perfectly located across from the Siesta Key Beach. Luxuriously furnished for our guests memorable vacation, including beach equipment and beach chairs. Well stocked kitchen to prepare delicious meals, including microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Modern amenities include basic color cable , local phone service, two DVD Players, AM/FM stereo radio,cassette/CD player, 3 high quality TV’s . Access to Wi Fi internet in the condo. Unit features screened in lanai along with table and chairs.
Master bedroom offers king size bed. Second furnished bedroom offers 2 single beds. Living Room area features queen size pull out. The Tenants have access to a large heated pool, saunas, club house, gas grills, lounge chairs and covered picnic tables. Tenants have a covered parking area. A Short walk to the Siesta Key Beach. The beach offers tennis courts, volley ball courts, life guards, play grounds, rest rooms, absolutely free of cost. Unit is located one mile from Siesta Village, with great restaurants, local shops and grocery stores.

Enjoyable activities include Golf, Tennis, Volley Ball, Swimming, Fishing and Parasailing. Many local shops, restaurants and stores are located near by. The beach is a short walk away from this unit.
