Description of the Siesta Key vacation condo rental

Located on Siesta Key just a few steps from Siesta Beach, Sundance Rentals is an affordable vacation spot! When you visit you will be so conveniently located - just a block and a half to the World Famous Crescent Beach and a block to all the Siesta Key restaurants, pubs and shops in the village! There are four units at Sundance - (2) one bedroom apartments and (2) two bedroom apartments. The units can be combined through interior doors to create (2) three bedroom units as well.

ONE BEDROOM UNIT:
The one bedroom units (1 bath) are approximately 600 square feet with a full kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator and microwave. The living room has flat panel LCD HD TV and DVD (with some movies) and a CD player (with some CD's). We have even provided some games and books. These units also have an xBox Game Console. These units have king size beds and also have two premium inflatable twin beds, so can accommodate up to four. The dining room table seats four. This is the perfect "hideaway" for your Siesta Key vacation!

TWO BEDROOMS UNIT :
The two bedroom units have two bathrooms and are about 900 square feet. Each master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has either two twins (Unit A) or a king size bed (Unit B). Two premium inflatable beds in each unit let these units comfortably accommodate up to six. These units also feature a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen large flat panel LCD HD TVs, DVD and a CD player. The living room and both bedrooms have flat panel LCD HD TV's. Some movies, CD's and tapes will make entertaining your family easy. For the kid in all of us, we've recently added a Nintendo Wii Game Console and games.

THREE BEDROOMS UNIT :
The three bedroom units are actually a two and one bedroom that combine through an interior connecting door to be a three bedroom/three bath unit with two kitchen and living areas. These unit have 5 flat panel LCD HD TV's and two game consoles (a Wii and an xBox). Really nice!
