I walked in this condo and was totally blown away with the view! A huge living room with big flat screen tv's. The condo furnishings were amazing! Just updated, very clean. The condominium complex is beautiful and a perfect area on Siesta Key. Guarantee you won't be disappointed! We will be renting this again next winter. The owner was very helpful and great communication. We love Siesta Key and Sarasota!

You seem to have thought of everything one would need or could want. The decor was lovely and comfortable; the appliances and electronics, superb; the entire condo, easy to maintain; storage, most ample; and, of course, the magnificent views of the beach or other areas of Siesta Key, well captured from every room. I loved the colors, the textures, the art, the choices for flooring, and walls . . . ad infinitum. Very helpful was the detailed notebook you designed with information about Siesta Key, Crystal Sands, and the condo itself. We referred to it daily and enjoyed some of the restaurants (particularly Ophelias) that were listed. Also we loved the fact that you had things for children to do. Though ours did not visit, we noticed that you seemed to have fun/interesting choices ready for use. Very thoughtful!

All we can say is "wow"! Your condo is beautiful as well as the view. So excited to stay here for two amazing weeks!

A:1211 is the top (12th) floor end-unit penthouse - quiet and secluded, no unit overhead nor to one side with extra windows in the quest bedroom (see photo of building viewed from the beach with this listing)

Q:Is your property directly on the beach, with beach views?

A:Yes, the property is a direct beach front unit on the top (12th) floor with unobstructed views West and North down world famous Siesta Beach and North and East to downtown Sarasota. Both bedrooms and the living room have panoramic West, North and East views, while the kitchen and master bath have a South view to Point-Of-Rocks

Q:Are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance?

A:Yes, three restaurants and a grocery store is within easy walking distance -- less than 500 yards to the South down Midnight Pass Road. Crystal Sands also offers free grocery carts to assist in returning with purchases. In addition, a free "green" electric taxi service is available to take you anywhere on Siesta Key.

Q:Do you provide beach accessories / equipment?

A:Yes. The unique "cabana room" has beach toys for children, a beach bag, full size beach towels, two beach chairs and a 72" beach umbrella with sand anchor for use during your stay.

Q:What entertainment systems are available in the unit?

A:The unit comes equipped with three "state of the art" Samsung "smart TVs" hard-wired to ultra fast fiber optic internet connections. Included on each set are internet connections to Netflix for on demand movies, and to Pandora internet radio for music selections. Other pay-per-view options are also available with a credit card through the internet connection on each TV. The unit is also equipped with WIFI throughout.

Q:What parking is provided?

A:The unit comes with one covered parking space within 50 feet of the glass elevator landing, including a covered walkway from the parking space to the landing. Additional uncovered parking is available for additional vehicles or guests.

Q:Does the property have a swimming pool? Are beach lounges/chairs provided?

A:Crystal Sands has two heated swimming pools, one directly on the beach. Both pools have ample lounges and chairs for sun bathing. Additional chairs, small tables, and lounges are provided on the beach. 1211 also comes equipped with two beach chairs, and an umbrella with sand anchor for your use.
