Description of the Siesta Key vacation cottage rental

In Season (Nov. - April) Monthly minimum

Off Season (May - October) 10 day - 2 week minimum

Beachaven has million dollar views, peace and tranquility, in a quiet well established association. Relax and have fun just 40 Feet from the beach!
You don't have to pack up to go to the beach or pool, you are
already there!! Pool and clubhouse are beach side, not on the road!
Our Beach House Features: *1 Master Bedroom with King bed
* 1 1/2 baths; full bath has easy access walk-in shower.
*Sleeping loft with Queen bed; great for older kids.
*Queen size futon in living room with tile floor, vaulted cathedral ceilings. T.V, electric fireplace, etc..
*Front patio 40 ft. to the sand!!! 35 ft. to the new beachside Pool
*Private covered parking; also extra parking spaces.
*No Stairs or Elevators!
*Central location on the island.
*Free internet access
*TV & DVD player. Free cable. CD player & radio.
*Gas Grill and Washer/Dryer

Great location in the middle of Siesta Key; restaurants, tennis, market, etc. all close by. All that we needed was in the cottage and it was clean, clean, clean.
