Description:
Surrounded by a tropical garden our secluded Villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac edged on two sides by Lake Nancy.
The Lounge, kitchen and bedrooms one and two have sliding patio doors opening directly to the screened pool area. All rooms have full air conditioning plus ceiling fans and are furnished with comfortable furniture. Facilities include satellite TV in lounge area and master bedroom, wireless internet, DVD player, iPhone/iPod music station, telephone.
The kitchen with breakfast bar, is equipped with a new dishwasher, new electric range oven, microwave, new refrigerator/freezer.
The laundry room has a large washing machine and tumble dryer together with ironing facilities.
The terrace offers shade and sunbathing areas and has plenty of comfortable garden furniture and an electric barbecue grill and a portable charcoal grill.
In the centre of the terrace is a large heated swimming pool to relax, unwind and enjoy Florida’s beautiful climate.
Leading out of the terrace, you head to a spacious garden surrounded by Lake Nancy, which is home to an abundance of bird and wild life and be reassured there are no ‘gators’.
In the evening why not use the electric barbeque in the glow of the lighted pool and garden.

Siesta Beach is renowned for its breath-taking sunsets, easy-going waves, and gorgeous, crystal-white sand. The sand is 99% pure quartz, soft and cool on the feet.

Fantastic Property!

From the first step into the property it was impressive and inviting all at the same time! If you are looking for comfort and tranquility this is the place for you!!!! My husband and I and another couple stayed for a week and the layout was perfect for two couples!!! The house is layed out with the kitchen and living room being the central area with two wings on opposite sides of the house which were our sleeping quarters/bathrooms. The pool and outdoor living was INCREDIBLE!!! The only complaint I have was the beds were squueky - comfortable but very noisy - not great for privacy!!! We will definitely rent this place again if/when we return to Siesta Key:) The beach is a little bit a way but we rented bikes and it was perfect for getting into the village and the beach!!!

This villa is an excellent choice for family vacation. Our family (4 adults and 2 children) spent 4 weeks in this villa in Siesta Key Nov 2012. This villa is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and the surroundings of the villa are beautiful. The villa is clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Sun shines to the lanai area from 10 AM to 4 PM. Nice pool. Good BBQ possibilities on lanai. Nice lights for swimming and BBQ after sunset. No carpets on the floors. Excellent for family vacation, even for a bigger family.

Just returned from Siesta Key Lakeside Villa. It was perfect in every way. The home and pool were wonderful and we also loved the yard, and lake behind. The home was very clean, and furnishings, bed and kitchen had everything you needed. The great blue heron visited daily, along with many other birds. I tried to keep the bird bath full, as we had constant visitors. We went on a safari and actually saw more wildlife at our home than we did on the tour. The beach is unbelievable, and it is a quick drive, with plenty of parking at the beaches. The beach chairs and umbrella was appreciated. Since Siesta Key was voted the #1 beach in the USA, there were many visitors, but it never seemed crowded. The White Powder Sand and gradual incline into the water makes this the perfect beach to relax in. We also planned to ride the bikes but never got that done, going to the beach each morning and night for the sunsets and swimming, relaxing and taking in the other sites in the afternoons. The food in Siesta Key was wonderful. Breakfast at the Broken Egg is recommended. Other places we enjoyed eating were: Daquiri Deck, Gulligans, The Salty Dog, Captain Curts, The Hub,The Turtle Restaurant at the end of the Island was also great. Sarasota was also near and don't miss the Selby Botanical Gardens. Can't wait to return and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

I am so glad that you loved the Villa and Pool. I like that you said "sharing", as that is the way I do feel about it.
I love wildlife and am a keen birdwatcher myself and I know how great it is to watch the birds around the lake and in the back garden (yard).
I know that you can see more wildlife there than in some of the reserves.
Being close to the sea, it is excellent for migrating birds too, as they pop in for water and a rest. You never know what might come and visit, I had 4 hummingbirds in May.
I am glad you found all of the nice places to eat and visit around the area. It is a lovely place isn't it.

We had a wonderful stay. We brought our 1 1/2 year old and it was a perfect place for all of us. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. BEAUTIFUL POOL!!! We had a blue Heron that came to our pool door every day along with wood ducks and maganzars. All cooking utensils you need to cook a gourmet meal. We would definitly come back.

We stayed (2 families) with 3 children, aged 5, 7 & 8. The location is perfect. So close to the beach- directly across the street from beach access. The pool is perfect size for small children to play safely, and refreshing for adults to laze in. Cozy and private. Great wagon to pull the many beach chairs available to beach, thank you, The house is deceiving from the street- it looks smaller than it is. The lanai is spacious and perfect. Ceiling fans and lighting for nightime was great. The living area is spatious. Air conditioning was nice and cooling. The bedrooms are large, & king size beds with nice bedding slept super. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen but fine for vacation- has all amenities. Several large wine glasses, lots cutlery dishes etc. Charcoal BBQ by lanai. The house is clean, comfortable and welcoming. If we visit Siesta Key again (quite likely given the amazing beach), we would definitely stay here and will recommend it to our friends and family.

We had the opportunity to spend our vacation at this property. The location is perfect for relaxation and yet less than 5 min from the beach. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The living/dining room gives you a nice home feel. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. We will most definitely return!

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It came with all the necessities of home, in a nice quiet neighborhood at the north end of Siesta Key. The owner contacted me promptly and was very accommodating, and the property manager was nice to deal with. My family and I would love to stay here again.

My son, mother, brother, niece and I stayed at this house last week. We had a minor bump in the road with the fridge not working which was VERY quickly fixed by the rental agent. She was great, very helpful. The pool was incredible and my son and I had lots of fun watching the lizards run around! Even though we were not there to stay in the house and watch TV (and we didn't!) it would be nice to have more than one in the house. That was our only gripe (and it is very minor!) otherwise, we had a LOVELY time, thank you!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the comfortable villa on Siesta Key. It was great to be able to cycle or walk to the beach and avoid lots of driving. We are birders and one of the great joys was having meals on the patio beside the pool - we saw more birds, including some rare and interesting species, than in some of special sites we visted.

We are a family of five who had a very nice stay over Christmas & New Year in this very comfortable and high standard villa in Siesta Key. We appreciated the pool but also the local wildlife in the little lake next to the house. We will certainly consider to re-visit Siesta Key again sometimes in the future.

Wonderful house. Great Hospitality. My two kids had a great time and the pool is always handy especially with kids. The house is certainly comfortable and I will definitely look forward to returning. Only very minor gripe is that you have to take the car or the bike to reach the beach, but this was more than offset by the calm and tranquility.
