Nestled in a tropical paradise, this contemporary 3/2 home with private lanai and pool on a quiet street is a true island getaway. You'll feel tranquil and in touch with the outside through the many windows and sliding doors in this lovely, laid-back, ranch-style home. Living room and master bedroom open to the lanai/pool (unheated) area. Enjoy relaxing meals with seating for six either in the dining area or on the spacious lanai. In the evening, take a leisurely walk to the beach to experience a spectacular sunset. Canal in the back to launch kayak or small boats to access Sarasota Bay.

Home is only available for weekly rentals. Maximum 10 days.

Famous for its 4 mile-long beach of powdered sugar sand and turquoise blue water, Siesta Key is a special place. But the little Village of Siesta Key also features great restaurants, exciting nightlife, trendy boutiques, bike and kayak rentals, a full service food market, pharmacy, post office, medical and chiropractic services and several banks. Sarasota is only a 10 minute drive over the bridge, but you won't have to leave the island at all!

Nearby Sarasota offers the visitors all the cultural amenities of a larger city. The Ringling Museum, 3 performing arts theatres, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, several artist enclaves and a full range of shopping experiences.

For the avid golfer or tennis player, there are ample opportunities to enjoy your sport. Hikers and outdoor enthusiasts will love Miakka River State Park.
