Description of the Siesta Key vacation home rental

Siesta Key Beach, ranked #1 in America by Dr. Beach !!!!!!!! This private home vacation rental is fully furnished 2/bed 2/bath. It has a full livingroom, dining area, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with 1 queen, 1 full and the full sleeper. It is located in an area of million dollar private homes and is just steps from the whitest sand of the 1st ranked beach in the nation 2011, Siesta Key Beach. We are in a great quiet area just 100 yards from beach and 1 block from the village!! Just park your car and never need it till you leave !! Free taxi service to anywhere on the key now available 10am-2am !! (tips only)
There are not direct views of the beach from the house due to a natural habitat area between house and beach, but you have you own private access path with no streets to cross. Washer and dryer, tv,s, extra inflatable bed, linens, beach towels and chairs, outdoor grill and shower, all you need to just move in. Parking is limited to 1 or 2 cars. Area Information

Siesta Key Community:
Only a limited number of resorts and hotels are located on Siesta Key, so vacationers usually stay in condos and private homes and cottages. Because they live among the residents during their stay, visitors easily become part of the community and are welcomed into the Siesta Key lifestyle. Vacationers quickly relax into the casual, friendly atmosphere and soon feel right at home wherever they go on Siesta Key. Siesta Key Village is an area near the north end of the key where vacationers and residents gather for dancing, dining, shopping, and fun. Each evening offers something exciting and entertaining. There are other shops and restaurants - something for any taste or mood - located all across the key. French, Italian, American, and Oriental restaurants offer delicious cuisine to suit even the most discerning tastes. Crab, lobster, raw oysters, blackened fish and unique local dishes are specialties at many of the waterfront and casual seafood restaurants on Siesta Key. For a little more excitement, try a nightclub with live music, and don't miss the popular Sunday night Siesta Beach drum circle where musicians and dancers are joined by the public in a weekly celebration. Water sports are also a big part of life on Siesta Key, with parasailing, kayaking, boat rentals, guided tours, and fishing available. The city of Sarasota, which is connected to Siesta Key by two bridges, also offers a diverse mix of cultural, natural, scientific, and family fun attractions.

Great get away

My husband,myself and my daughter with her family of three went to this quant rental. We are from Ohio and wanted to be close to my cousin for the week so we could do things together or apart. This location was awesome! We all fit in comfortably and there were 5 of us. We were close to everything that we needed or wanted to do.. Nice and quite and beautiful area. We will return..

Traveling from Atlanta to the keys was easy. But we were suprised by the quality of this cottage. Practically on the beach, airco & free Wifi. It also came with complet beach accesories so we only had to bring beach towels! We and our children had the time of our life.

The Best Stay Ever

Our stay at 316 Beach Road was really 100 yards from the beach and 1 block from the Village night life. The accomodations could not have been better. Our beach rental was clean, bright and just the right space for the 4 of us. The weather was in the 80's with sunshine everyday. I would stay there again and recommend this rental and owner's hospitality to anyone interested in visiting Siesta Key in the future. Perfect time was had by all!!!!

Very relaxing for myself, daughter and grandsons!

Myself, daughter and 15 & 12 year old grandsons stayed from December 24, 2011 until January 1, 2012. This was a new experience for Christmas, not the normal tradition, and it just might become a tradition. The cottage is just a few yards from the beach and not crowded like the public beaches, a stone throw to the village of Siesta Key, and within walking distance to other attractions. This was awesome for sunbathing, I burn easy and when I felt I had had enough, I could just walk to the cottage and not make everyone leave because of me and then when it cooled down, just walk back to the beach and start again without driving away and back again. The cottage has all the comforts of home, plus the beach. TVs and DVD players in every bedroom plus livingroom. Buy your own food or snacks or just eat out every night, the choice is yours. The washer and dryer was a bonus for the wet towels and swim gear. I would recommend this for a single, couples, families or a group of any type.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. It was a short walk to beautiful Siest Key beach and amazing sunsets at night. We walked to Siesta Key village every day for dining. Super location.
