We were in for our son's wedding and had all of our children and spouces stay with us in the house. More room than we expected. The house was just great, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, all of us had a good time.

We loved the location--overlooking the ocean, right next to the most beautiful beach in the USA (sand is amazing and ocean is warm!), and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants in the Village. We loved the private pool--great both for lap swimming and playing with kids. We loved the house--well equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, great game room. We loved working with the owners--wonderfully helpful and available. In short, all 15 of us had an amazing time! (We also rented one of the owner's adjacent apartments, which worked great.)

This house was great,we had 3 couples and 2 children,and there was plenty of room,the house was clean and had EVERYTHING we needed including beach towels! The owner was very friendly and nice, and was easy to get ahold of for any of our questions.We spent the majority of our time in the private pool, which was always warm,Or on the beach,that you walk to right off of the property.Beautiful white sand and the sunsets were amazing.In the backyard of the property there is an area that has a fire pit/ hammock and some trees that provide wonderful shade and a great breeze, where you can sit and look out at the beautiful gulf. We will definetly rent this house again the next time we go to Siesta Key Beach. One thing that is not shown in the pictures is that there are a set bunk beds in the game room,which also has a sleeper sofa or a futon,this was great! the kids were so happy they had their own beds!

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 4 kids age 8-10. What is not reflected in the photos is the incredible shady sitting area on the edge of the beach, which is part of the property. Even when the temp was 95 degrees, we were able to stay quite comfortable and still watch 2 kids on the beach and 2 in the pool. The house is cute, clean and convenient to everything. We rented 2 cars for 2 families and could have done without both of them. We didn't cook at all except for breakfast--but the kitchen is well-equipped and considerably larger than it appears in the pictures. Bill, the owner, is around all the time and was very helpful with anything we needed. We'd love to go back.

This Home Was Really Cute! It Was Exactly As The Pictures Were On The Web Site. Close To Everything Abt 1 1/2 Blks Away From Shopping,grocery Stores And Restaurants. We Were There Only To Relax And Enjoy The Beach So We Didnt Rent A Car But All We Needed Was Right There In The Cute Town. The House Was Clean And Decorated Just Like A Beach House Should Be. The People We Rented From Were Very Helpful With Anything We Needed. The Beach Was One Of The Most Beautiful Ive Seen. The Water Was The Most Beautiful Shade Of Blue And You Could See Straight Down To The Bottom 30 Ft Out. No Doubt That We Will Go Back There Again . Great Place!
