Siesta Key Beach, Beachfront Home, Sarasota

You are going to love this place. Once you walk-in and see the expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico and the number 1 rated white quartz sand of Siesta key Beach you will be hooked. The back of the home is all glass patio doors leading out to covered and screened lanai's on both living levels of this private beachfront home.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a half bath on the main living level. There is parking for two cars in the garages and two additional spaces in the driveways. It is a good sized home with a living room and dinning room combination, large casual dinning area off the kitchen and tables on the covered and screened lanais. It is well appointed with five TVs, cable TV and Internet service, movie box, beach chairs, towels and beach toys. There is a beach wagon and cart to conveniently bring your things to the beachfront. Very well equipped kitchen and full laundry room. You are not sharing the home or property with anyone else and can enjoy as your own for your stay.
Many repeat families come every year and call it there beach house.
Be sure to check out the Virtual tour link even though it does not do this homes views and features full justice as it is much nicer then it looks. Dinning Table and linens are different then in tour. Most homes on these sites show the beach but are not right on the beach like this one, so be sure to ask if that is what you are looking for. Sarasota is a cultural mecca with things for all age groups and tastes.
There is the Ringling Museum and Massion to tour, theater, Opera, many fine dinning and upscale shops on St. Armands Cr. and downtown which is a short 15 to 20 minutes away.
We have casual outside and waterfront dinning and Siesta Key Village is only three blocks from your door. There is many interesting places to eat, shop and entertainment for all ages.
Most of the Golf coarses are 20 minutes away, some closer. There are many rental outlets for boats, watercrafts, fishing, charters, mini putt, outlet mall, and shopping malls that are all a short distance from this home. Siesta Key is the best located of all Sarasota's keys and islands which is another reason why it is rated number one beach in the USA this year.
The Sarasota(SRQ) international airport is 20 minutes, Tampa is 1.3 hours, Ft. Meyers is 1.4 hours and St. Pete/Clearwater is about 1.2 hours for this home.
Orlando Theme Parks is a short hour and fifty minutes and can give you a fun day trip when the kids are ready for a change, but you might not get them to come in to eat from the gentle slopping beach waters that are perfect to swim for younger children and walkers will love the gentle slope and hard pack waters edge to walk or run the beach while the sun goers lay on the soft powdery area of the sand where it is dry and fluffy.
