THE GRAND CANAL COTTAGE: This highly landscaped canal-front private luxury home with heated Pool and separate heated 8-person Spa is situated on Siesta Key within two blocks of the world's most beautiful, white sand beach and a short walk to the village. It has been regarded by many as the perfect Siesta Key vacation home with every visiting family falling in love with the home. It features four tastefully decorated bedrooms, three full baths, and truly a gourmet’s kitchen featuring a six-burner gas Viking double range, Meile dishwasher and a double-glass door Traulsen refrigerator/freezer. There is adequate seating for 10 at the dining table and 4 at the bar counter. The living room area is open to the kitchen to facilitate communication and enhance the spaciousness. The living area features leather furnishings, two swivel chairs and a wall-mounted flat panel TV. The Grand Canal Cottage features a huge brick paver waterside terrace [seating 24] with a newly completed heated pool with sun shelf, an 8-person heated spa, two kayaks, 4 bicycles, an enclosed garage, and oversized parking paver driveway adequate for 4 or more vehicles. Florida is well known for its beaches, climate and foliage. This home features on its grounds lavish tropical foliage to include many flower species as well as many tree varieties. If you like plants and nature, you'll love the grounds.

BEDROOMS [SLEEPS 12]: As for sleeping accommodations, the “Grand Canal” sleeps as many as twelve [12]. The master BR Suite is very large with two comfortable swivel chairs, a writing desk, a triple slider offering a wonderful view of the waterfront, bamboo floors, a flat panel wall-mounted TV and a very comfortable King size bed [sleeps 2]. The bath is travertine and includes a very nice shower, an oversize steeping bath and dual sinks. The second bedroom features two full size beds [sleeps 4] and a lovely view of the water and outdoor area. A flat panel TV is wall mounted and all furnishings/linens are extremely nice. The third bedroom in the main house has a Queen bed [sleeps 2], flat panel wall-mounted TVs, very nice furnishings and abundant closet space. All bedrooms feature very nice linens and towels, and the second bathroom is tiled with a tile shower. The fourth bedroom is a separate apartment with outside deck featuring 2 leather recliners, wood floors, a wall mounted flat panel TV, a twin over full size bunk bed [sleeps 3], a Twin size EZBed [sleeps 1], a large private elevated deck, a full size private bath with tiled shower and a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. It’s the perfect spot for an extra couple or kids looking to enjoy their own space. A full size washer/dryer awaits your needs, and of course wireless internet is available as well.
