Description of the Siesta Key vacation townhouse rental

Luxury direct bayfront townhouse in a very friendly 6 unit condo complex. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus ground level bonus room is used as an office. There are two screened lanais off the living room and master bedroom all facing the bay, plus a screened patio on the ground level with a gas grill and direct access to docks and pool. The living, dining room and kitchen are all open and view the water. There is a boat dock plus use of canoe/kayak lift. The spa/pool is heated. The garage has an auto garage door opener. Solid wood floors are throughout the townhouse. There are two guest bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double/queen size murphey bed. If needed, there is a full size crib, changing table and other baby equipment.

The beautiful south end of Siesta Key is true island living. You can watch the sun come up, see dolphin and manatees swim by while you fish off the dock. Later, walk to Turtle Beach or take the canoe and paddle to Midnight Pass beach, which is only accessed by boat. For lunch or dinner you can walk to Turtles Restaurant, the Pub at the Marina and for special occasions, to Ophelia's, all within a block and later watch the sun set at the beach. Of course, you can use your car and explore all that Sarasota has to offer, museums, theater, Mote Marine, State Parks, downtown restaurants and shops, golf courses and tennis clubs. You will never be bored!
