Bring your boat and your dog! This bayfront townhome is walking distance to Turtle Beach, great restaurants and marina. Great area for kayaking, sailing, motor boating or just plain relaxing on thre screened patios/lanais. Spa pool is shared with only 5 other homes. Living room/dining room and kitchen, on the main level, all open out to the the intracoastal waterway. Master bedroom has it own lanai also overlooking the intracoastal and boat docks. The home boasts hardwood floors throughout and a wood burning fireplace for those chilly "winter" nights!

Master bedroom has a queen bed, quest room 1 has two twins and guest room 2 has a double. Sleeps 5 comfortably

Siesta Key is a barrier island just off mainland Sarasota. There are two main beaches on the Key, Turtle Beach and Crescent Beach. There is the main village of Siesta Key with lots of great restaurants. shops, nightlife, Sunday morning farmers market, arts and crafts shows, music performances etc. There is also a smaller south Key Village with several restaurants, marina, rental boats, scooters and bike rentals. Downtown Sarasota boasts the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center with top of the line performances, several theaters, Sarasota Ballet, Symphony, Ringling Museum, Crosley Museum to name some of the most popular cultural venues.

For kids of all ages there is Jungle Gardens, Selby Gardens, G-Wiz Hands-On museum, fishing charters, miniature golf, just to name of few thing to do when you get tired of the beach.
