We were so pleased with our condo! Super kid friendly! We loved walking across the street to eat or shop. It was a wonderful vacation!

Excellent in all aspects, great customer service, parking, etc. We did have sugar ant infestation though but everything else was perfect. Thanks, we will stay with you again.

This property was suboptimal, our family of 4 adults cancelled the reservations and left within 15 minutes of checking in. The photos are not of this property. Rental was a one story slab, row of simular facing yet more of the same slab row units with a tiny screened area immediately next to more units, zero privacy. Bedroom was small, it was all bed, no other space. The one small closet next to the head of the bed, only had a 10 inch clearance to access it. No drawers provided. Air conditioner low unit touches the bed next to the foot end, and it was very noisy running. Guess that works for some who drink a lot...before bed or take sleeping pills. Bathroom could have been a closet. It was about 10 feet long and about 3 ft narrow. The main room and kitchen, all in one, had no floor space once the queen pull out couch was opened. Unit doesn t give you any space for suitcases. Pools were small perhaps 11 ft. X 12 foot. With a fence immediately around the water and a small 6ft. X 5 ft. raised deck space with four chairs at one end of the pool to sit by it. Resort could not accomodate pool need if all guests were using the 3 pools because of their size. Commercial garbage receptacles are on every corner surrounding the rental units, not at all attractive, and guessing very endlessly noisy on collection day. The outside common area is very small for the number of units and guests it was intended for and just one household type grill serving for all. Bars and restaurants are across the street. Noisy area. Beach is close....but look at what you are paying for. The beach is free, stay somewhere you can be comfortable in.

I have visited several beaches in the Gulf Coast but this trip was the most enjoyable. The location of the property was excellent allowing us to enjoy the beach at any time of the day along with other amenities they offer. No need to carry chairs or boogie boards to the beach. The apartment was nicely decorated with a full equipped kitchen, just like the pictures in the website. The bedrooms were comfortable. The apartment manager was very friendly. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to replace the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room. Overall, we had a great time. We look forward to go back.

Very clean and very functional place to stay. We also really enjoyed the location with easy access to the beach and pool and a handy 7-11 close by. We would love to go back next week if we could!

I had originally planned to vacation out of state but I had to change plans at the last minute. Luckily, I found this condo and it was great. It's very spacious, well kept and right on the world famous Siesta Key Beach. John was great to deal with and truly knows the meaning of customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and I plan on coming back soon. Thanks for a great week!
This is the most beautiful beach in the world! Your amazing condo made this trip perfect. Thank you!!
