Description of the Siesta Key vacation townhouse rental

This Large Townhome is in a awsome location, only three short blocks to Siesta Key Village and just across the street from the Best Beach, rated Beach in the USA for 2011.
The floor plan is one great entertaining space with the kitchen opening to the large living and dinning area. It has a breakfast bar that could seat four or more. It is nicely furnished with a king in the master bedroom that has a large bathroom area and lanai with a Gulf of Mexico View. The second bedroom has two new queen beds with a Gulf view out the window. And the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full laundry room and a half bath in the main living area.The lanai off the living area has a BBQ gas grill. If you want space this is the townhouse for you.
Sarasota and the surrounding islands and keys envelope you in water views and activities that you will remember for ever and most likey keep coming back.

Area Information

The Sarasota area in a cultural mecca, with many activities, that will appeal to all generations and lifestyles. The casual Siesta Key Village walking distance from this townhome has excellent breakfast resturants and outdoor dinning establishments. There are bike, Kayak, scooter and boat rentals in the Village and near the south bridge(Stickney Pt.) areas. Golf is as close as 10 min. away and many coarses just 20 min. from the beach.
Access from the Interstate is 20 minutes, Sarasota airport is 20 min., Tampa airport is an hour and 20 , St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport is an hour and 15 minutes and the Ft. Meyers airport is an hour and 10 minutes traffic permitting.
The ammusment parks in Tampa are an hour and 15 min. and the Orlando area parks are just under two hours so you can make a day out of it if the kids are begging you to go, but they might be just as happy playing on the white quartz sands of Siesta Beach and the AquaBlue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
We have a active downtown area only fifteen minutes and a high end shopping and dinning area that gives you the taste of Europe at our St.Armands Cr. shopping and dinning area that is twenty minutes.
So many things to do like the Ringling Brothers circus display, Estate and museum tours, antique auto museum, galas, charter fishing, dinner boats at Marina Jacks, sunset tours, jet ski rentals and many other activites. You will not have a problem finding a resturant because there are many quality establishment to dine in all different styles. Just ask and I will guide you to my favorites. Aloha!

Other Fees: We will accomodate your pets but there is a fee of $100 per pet regaurdless how good your pet is. If there is damage from your pet, or we have to clean-up after your pet, we will deduct from your damage deposit. Cost is $25 per hour for additional cleaning over the allowed 4 hours which it normally takes to do the laundry and clean the home properly, so please be respectful and we will be happy to return your deposit. Friday is considered a weekend. $30/night extra if less then three nights

This home is three short blocks to Siesta Key Village. It is only Three miles to two shopping malls and is in the heart of Sarasota so everything is usually within 20 minutes. Great Location just across the street from the best voted beach in the US. Resturants, entertainment, shopping and grocery is all only a few blocks away, yet it still has the island feel.

Everything about this vacation was perfect the house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and village! The house is also very nice, clean and easy to book! Siesta key has by far the prettiest beaches I have seen!
