This is one of the nicest rental properties that you will find on Siesta Key! It has views that are to die for of the bay looking east, south and north to Downtown skyline plus it has some Gulf of Mexico views looking west. All rooms in the house have something special to admire and enjoy. There are three bedrooms that sleep eight, plus a day bed in a bay front den/bedroom. The homes floor plan is designed to entertain in style, it could not be nicer. The best of everything! There are multiple decks and covered lanais. There is a pool with a vanishing edge spillover that is right on the bay. Watch the boats go by as you dine and entertain. The feeling that you get when you are in this property is amazing. It is decorated and furnished with excellent taste that is inviting and comfortable. The property is surrounded by water views and is gated with only three units in the community. There is an elevator, large entertainment room on the pool level with a extra full kitchen and bathroom, two car garage and additional parking for guests, dock and boat lift if requested as long as it fits the lift. Beds for eight people, plus a day bed in the office/bedroom. 3833 sq. ft. not counting the many covered lanais that are air conditioned. Great outside sun tanning areas while looking at the boats go by. This is more enjoyable then a beachfront unit in that you have more views in the evening and it is right next to the waters edge which gives it a unique feeling that is rare. You can walk a very short distance to Siesta Key Beach, so you get both the bay views and the best beach only steps away. This is a quality private home that is furnished nicer then a luxury resort. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property for your families vacation.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities
The living area has tremendous view of the bay and some views of the Gulf of Mexico. Big open entertaining area.

The Siesta Key Public Beach is only a block and a half away. The beach is steps away if you cut through the condominium across the street but not recommended. The Shopping areas are plentiful and all within a couple miles. Siesta Key Village is about 1.5 miles and you can take public trolley. Shopping and dinning is plentiful and very close by and so is bike, boat, watercraft rentals, parasailing, fishing is all within a mile or two from this property.

The property will be clean when you arrive. The rent includes five hours of maid service to get it ready for the next renters. Additional time needed to get the property cleaned to the condition as when you received it at the beginning of the rental, will be deducted from your damage deposit if required.
