Description of the Siesta Key vacation villa rental

This three bedroom, three bath Villa which sleeps 8, sits on 1/4 acre private grounds and is within walking distance of Siesta Key Beach and Village. It features a hot tub, huge whirlpool bath, couples' shower, and a 3,000 sq. ft. deck that is ideal for entertaining. It's comfortably turn-key furnished and professionally decorated. The living room has a new large-screen TV, satellite radio and three separate entertainment areas. Moon Over Bali is completely renovated and in perfect condition. The Villa has 2,570 sq. ft. of inside air-conditioned living space with an airy 29' x 19' Living Room and 20' x 12' Master Bedroom. It rents for $4,500/month or $1,500/week during the season.

Also available is a cozy, efficiency cottage - ideal for couples or singles looking for an escape from the inland hustle and bustle. This fully-furnished cottage has its own private patio with furniture that's ready for fun.

The living area features a futon with a dinette set facing the sliding glass doors to the patio. A full-sized kitchen is included along with closet space, bathroom and shower stall. It has washer & dryer privileges that are shared with the Villa and an outdoor fireplace & grill, for nighttime entertainment.

You can rent the cottage (alone or along with the Villa) for an additional $400/wk or $1,000/mo.

Keep in mind that when you are making a decision about where to stay on Siesta Key, the average 500 square foot apartment rents for over $200 a day. For the same price you can get almost 3,000 square feet of living space and 3,000 square feet of deck (not to mention the rest of the property). Also, our optional Guesthouse, which rents for about $70 a night is 700 square feet and includes a complete kitchen. Plus you have TOTAL PRIVACY and many amenities like a private hot tub, outside grill and fireplace, opulent cooking and dining facilities and an ideal environment for children and pets.

Area Description

Siesta Beach is located off of Beach Road on Siesta Key near the intersection of Higel and Reid. Siesta Beach is known as one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere in the world. At the "Great International White Sand Beach Challenge" held in 1987, it was recognized as having the "whitest and finest sand in the world." Unlike beaches elsewhere that are made up mostly of coral, Siesta Beach's sand is 99% quartz. Even on the hottest days, the sand is so reflective that it feels cool underfoot. It's estimated that the sand on Siesta Beach is millions of years old. It started in the Appalachians, flowed down the rivers and was eventually deposited on the shores of Siesta Key. Shallow water depth near the shore together with year-round lifeguard protection, makes this one of the safest beaches in the County and great for small children.

very private home with all the amenities. Totally equipped kitchen so can cook to heart's content. Whirlpool tub in master bath nice touch. Barbecue on the porch allows casual entertainment. Ideally located.
