this property was a great place to stay at! it was our first trip to Siesta Key and we loved the beach house and the island! everyone at the beach house was so nice and friendly and would go out of your way to help you in anyway. we met alot of nice people while staying there that come back year after year. dont over look this one!!!

Best beach hotel on Siesta Key for families! Our room was beautiful and spacious enough for my husband and I with our three boys. We loved that there are two pools on the property. It's located right next to the dining and nightlife in The Village, and it's steps away from the beach. The best part was the amenities - beach chairs, towels, toys for the kids, etc. I didn't have to worry about anything! We felt at home there.

My fiance and I stayed at the Ringling Beach House for a week in March. It was the perfect getaway: We had a very clean unit with a private entrance, access to a heated pool and were in walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The Ringling staff was very accommodating -- they even had beach chairs to borrow for the day! We were also in very close distance to the restaurants and bars on Siesta Key so we didn't use our car the whole weekend. The rooms were spacious and private and the location was top notch. We are already planning our return trip!

The Ringling Beach House is great. The staff, location, and accomodations are all top notch. The staff was great, very helpful, and even threw a party for all of the guests while we were there. The location...well right across from the beach and 3 short blocks away from the village...couldn't be any better. The accomodations...clean, up to date, had everything we needed. Overall a great vacation and great place to stay!

I found the Ringling House to exceed my expectations. It was a pleasure the moment we checked in. Very warm and cozy across from the white sands of the world famous siesta beach and walking distance to the local shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, island grocery store etc., we just parked our car on day one and rented scooters during our stay. The owner, Hope, is always around and her staff is very professional and helpful. I stronger recommend you stay at the Ringling House for your stay on the island.
