Description of the Siesta Key vacation villa rental

Our vacation home is just steps away from the #1 rated beach in the USA - Siesta Key beach. It is in a complex located on the GULFSIDE (or Beach side) of the island.

It is a comfortable villa with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area, and a bath and a half. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room if you wish to accommodate as many as 6 people. Even if there are only two of you, our unit provides more space than a one bedroom unit and you'll find the extra half bath a nice convenience.

Our villa sits midway between the beach and the pool within our complex, providing nice options with a very short walk.

We have 3 TVs, a DVD player and our own personal WiFi that is available for our guests at no extra charge. The complex has a centralized WiFi as well but the connection on the personal WiFi is more reliable.

Area Information

Siesta Key beach itself has a powdery white sand that never gets hot. It is like walking on powdered sugar.

There are many things to do on and around Siesta Key including: snorkling, parasailing, golf, bike riding, jet skis, kayaking. Rentals of equipment are readily available at various locations on the key.

Siesta Key Village is just a short drive north of our villa and has many restaurants and shops. One of our favorite restaurants is "The Hub".

Crescent Village is just south of Stickney Point Road on Siesta Key and also includes restaurants and shopping. Captain Curt's is a local favorite. Farther south in Siesta Key is Turtle's Restaurant which has a nice dining deck overlooking the Intercoastal.

We are only 20 minutes from downtown Sarasota, Lido Key and St. Armand's Circle and an hour from Tampa. Also, just 2 hours from Disney World and Universal theme parks!

Deposits: A $300 security deposit is refunded within 30 days after departure. Deductions will be made for missing or damaged items, or for any extra cleaning.

Other Fees: Cancellation Policy: In order for the tenant to receive a refund of a deposit, the tenant's cancellation request must be made in writing 30 or more days in advance of their arrival date. A refund minus a $50.00 processing fee will be issued upon receipt of the written cancellation. In the event of the cancellation notice being received within 30 days of the arrival date, we will attempt to rent the reserved rental period. If successful, the tenant will receive their deposit minus the $50 fee.

absolutely beautiful

This property was beautiful. Clean, spacious, close to the gulf and the pool. The beach was amazing! I definitely see why it was voted #1 beach in USA. We rented bikes - what a great deal ... the rental was located just before entrance to Siesta key. Great guys there! Siesta village was a comfortable ride, which we did on the beach. The gelato place in is worth going to! Owners Monica and Fabio, wonderful people and fantastic gelatinous!

Great complex. Villa was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful. Beach chairs provided. Didn't need to ever leave.
