Description of the Siesta Key vacation villa rental

Currently we are completely booked for the Easter week as well as the week prior from Saturday to Saturday. There are available dates from Wednesday to Wednesday the prior week though!

accommodations, the Casa Blanca on Siesta Key provides lodging directly on Siesta Key Beach.

The Casa Blanca is a vacation rental resort condominium property offering two types of accommodations; available at daily (5 nights +), weekly and monthly rates.

Siesta Key is a barrier island approximately 6 mile long. The beach is known the world over. In 1987 an international contest was held and the sand of Siesta Key was declared the finest and whitest sand in the world. Every day hundreds of walkers and joggers pass by on the water's edge along with a variety of sea birds such as egret, sandpiper, herons and of course sea gulls. Many days dolphins can be seen feeding and playing just off the beach along with the occasional manatee. The shallow depths make it a very popular beach as walking hundreds of feet offshore the depth barely reaches six feet.

Winner of the "Worlds finest, whitest sand," Siesta Key Public Beach extends along a half-mile of the most pristine white sands in the world. The pure quartz, pulverized to a fine powder, has a magical quality. There is no sand quite like Siestas, anywhere. Even under the burning subtropical sun, it feels cool to the touch. VILLAS AND GULF-FRONT APARTMENTS:
Completely furnished with different interior configurations and design in each unit. Most have screened lanais (porches). Minimum stay of 1 week for summer and fall; 10 night minimum from February to April and some accommodations offer a five night minimum. Please Call to inquire about less than 1 week during anytime.

Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is 20 minutes away, Tampa is only 1 hour and all of Orlando's many attractions including Disney and Sea World are less than 2 hours away.

Siesta Key Village is located on the northwest side of the Key about one block from the Gulf and just 2 miles north of our location. The Siesta South Shopping area begins at the Stickney Point Bridge and goes south along Midnight Pass Road.

Spring Break

March 24, 2013

We had an excellent experience. The condo was as pictured and advertised -- spacious, clean, amenities, and great beach access. Used all of the facilities except for the workout room. Not that far from the village for good food and shopping nor Sarasota for attractions -- Mote Aquarium and Armande for eating and shopping. Only a 1-1/2 hour drive from Tampa Airport. Took scenic drive across Skyway bridge coming down to the condo. Staff very helpful with tips for shopping and Johnny's Taxi to village. Outside facility maintained daily, beach very clean, and great security service. Other tenants very considerate and friendly. Thank you for making such a wonderful trip possible.

February 18, 2013

The apartment was in a great location, directly across from the public beach entrance. The complex is older (90's) but very clean and the pool is heated nicely. The unit itself was clean and functional. The bed in the master bedroom was very high off the ground (almost 5 feet) which may pose difficulties for some people. The kitchen had almost everything we needed except a few cookie sheet/flat baking pans. The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a view of the pool and beach beyond that. The road noise wasn't really noticable. The apartment came equipped with pool noodles, a colder, beach chairs and lots of towels. A great vacation!

The condo was very nice, with everything we needed. Beach toys, floaties, and even a beach tent (need to set up yourself) were provided for use. It was a very good location, about 100 yards to the beach. Also had a nice pool, which most of the time we had to ourselves. It's located close to Siesta Key Village.I would recommend this location to anyone and we will definitely keep it in mind next time we go back.
