Don't hesitate
July 15, 2012
This is a place not to miss. The beach is rated #1 for a reason.. the sand is out of this world and swimming in the ocean in hot weather was just so much fun. We stayed in unit C16 of Casa Blanca and this unit had everything needed and promised. Don't hesitate to rent.

Casa Blanca Condo. Review

Though there was a problem with the shower leaking, the staff was quite hospitable and quickly moved us to another available condo (much nicer and modern). Great views. Very clean and taken care of.

Siesta Key Villa
November 14, 2007
We loved our visit here! Although the villas are pretty close together, we had privacy and it was quiet. The villa is nicely furnished, very comfortable and has pretty much everything you would need (no computer, so bring your lap top if you think you'll need it). Bring your own paper towels as none were supplied, also only a single roll of t.p. was supplied. It's not like a hotel where everything is replenished daily! We enjoyed the screened-in porch (lanai) for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There is a very nice pool on the premises with comfortable chairs scattered around it. The beach is amazing, so beautiful and I would suggest catching every sunset you can -the week we were there was a guy who played "Taps" from his 3rd floor apartment on his bugle. The sand is so fine, just like sugar. Sit on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by - so cool. Did we like it? You bet! Would we go back? Absolutely! Want a little piece of heaven - this is it!

Guest Commentary on William’s Villas in Siesta Key
Loved the villa and Siesta. You actually undersold the villa - it was better than expected. We were there during a red tide, but it cleared as the week went on. You might stress to renters that the villa is so close to the beach. I'll probably be contacting you about staying again later. What are summer rates?
Pete Fannin
Thanks for a wonderful trip to the beach. Your unit was a delight. We were disappointed that it wasn't available March 31st , but I'm sure that is a busy time. We will definitely be back. I will check with you first because I wouldn't want to stay in any other unit. Thanks again. Bonnie Lamkin
I wanted to say thank you for letting us stay in your place. We had a wonderful time. What a beautiful unit and place to have a home. We would love to buy one similar if one ever came on the market. hopefully, we will have an opportunity to visit and stay at your home again sometime.

Hey Barb- The Villa was wonderful !! We had a great time and it was furnished with everything we would ever need. We have been coming to Siesta Key for 14 years and the other place we have stayed was not near as equipped!! Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your villa. If you have a one week time slot open again during that time of year let me know... our kids only have a week at Spring break! Thanks,

Barb-
We were so pleased with the condo. It was so clean, comfortable and cute. We loved the location and are very excited to know we can come back next year. In fact we would like to make it an annual trip for our family. Siesta Key was just as I remembered it 25 years ago. My husband had never been there and I was so happy to see his excitement at how beautiful the beach is. Thank you so very much for working with us so that we could rent for a week and a half next year.
Talk to you soon.

Barbara, I just wanted to send a quick note to say we loved your place. My family and I had a wonderful time. I hope we can visit again some time in the future. Thanks again, Dan

Hi Barbara,
We had a great time at Siesta Key, thank you for sharing your unit with us. We were lucky to see a couple of sunsets and they were beautiful, the beaches there are great. Thanks again.

Barb. Your villa was an excellent place for us to stay. It went above our expectations. The people at Casa Blanca were very nice and willing to assist with a few request (i.e. quarters for the laundry, check out at noon rather than ten, etc.). We would like to have access to your villa again when we go back in April. However, I believe that there is a scheduling conflict with the unit.Thank you again, hope that you have a wonderful year.
