The views from the balcony are of the Ocean, pool and Intracoastal. There is an elevator and assigned parking which is entry by code or key only.

Minimum rental of 4 to 6 months depending on time of year. Must allow 2-4 weeks for application to be processed through the HOA.

Surrounded by million dollar properties. Just two blocks from A1A pn the beach in Palm Beach Shores. Next to the Marriot. Low key beach community walking distance to the Sail Fish Marina.
